My favorite post in their thread is this one:


They are just copy/pasting tidbits of info from somewhere, and copied the last 2 words of a separate paragraph in this one. In this particular instance, the copy/paste is from their white paper. Since they obviously work for this ICO, I'm not certain it could be considered plagiarism, but several of their other non-company related posts contain plagiarism from other sources (not related to the ICO), and they have been reported as such.


Its nice that you are changing your white paper to remove the plagiarized portions but your thread bumpers are still regularly engaging in plagiarism by quoting the plagiarized text from your (old) white paper. Using spammers in such a fashion is a sign of laziness and is a hallmark tactic used by scammers.

You may actually have the best intentions with your project but I suggest you attempt to organically develop a community and field questions from actual Bitcointalk forum members instead of just regurgitating stuff from your white paper.

This message above is directly sent to me and bones261 as we have supported the flag against their project, though my flag will not affect as I'm not on DT. I think to resolve this issue is to talk it here in this thread and I think it is more appropriate to talk it here in forum rather than just messaging privately every user that supported the flag.

You pushed a "support" to our yellow flag (right there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2652635), but there's no reason for it because it no longer holds the truth. You may ask "what? give me the proofs man", and that's why we kindly ask you to read this message below (which you can also find at the Scam Accusation thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bamboo-bbo-plagiarized-whitepaper-5172793). Need to be mentioned, like 4 users already removed their red trusts, and only 2 people left, but we are blocked by them everywhere and that's why it will take some time to contact them, but we are sure: they will delete their red trusts as well, meaning in total that publicity trusts us and people on our side.

As per our many private messages to you, please consider:

When the WP V1 was prepared, the writer, in error, omitted to reference some parts of the WP.  The information that was not referenced was research, statistics and facts from government, health and non-governmental organizations.  All other information in the WP is original and the project is 100% authentic with a very strong backing.   If we wanted to plagiarize intentionally, we would plagiarize other things as well. The omission of references was never intentional, and the team failed to notice this unfortunately before the WP was released.  When the sale was open to the public, the WP was already corrected.

The vision and mission of Bamboo is 100% authentic and original, with the very strong backing from Archipelago Group, which is well funded business that is generating a total revenue of USD205.7 Million in the past 5 years, USD 20 Billion of Total Sums Insured Managed over the last 5 years, and has over 2 million customers which Bamboo has access to.  Only a HANDFUL of all blockchain startups have such strong team and ecosystems behind them.  We are not here for a quick buck, we are here for the long term, to bring a healthier life to everyone, even those that can’t afford it!

I don’t know what further evidence you need in order to remove your red flag, but do let us know and we would consider it.  It is clear that we care about our reputation, and that we pay careful attention to the constructive criticism from the public, because at the end of the day, BAMBOO is here for the people.  We are trying to make something good in this world by making other people’s lives better, to help them live longer and happier. You really intended it to plagiarized, even you will create a version 9999.999 of your whitepaper, you really did plagiarism and in that action, people will doubt on your project, especially on your upcoming ICO.
Are you really creating version 2.0 of your whitepaper or you just said because there are some contents in your whitepaper are plagiarized?
