it always makes me suspicious when a newly created account says that his "friend" was banned. I am not saying that the two accounts have the same owner but it's kind of weird that their "friend" posts their ban appeal for them instead of posting it themselves.
anyway, as Pmalek has said, your friend can appeal his ban but it would most likely be ignored by the admins.

I guess he just meant to increase his activity.
Why should the moderators need to recover a shitposter or someone who only make report on bounties section to earn for few bucks.
Hopefully, a mod will check and someone might be able to help them out and provide a lesser punishment like a temporary ban. It is not easy to move on, easier said than done -_-
