@OP

Look on the bright side, you went out with honor instead of being banned by a run of the mill common moderator.

You user name was sent to the after life by BADBEAR. Show some pride!

Just thank god you weren't banned by that Green Bay Packers g-mod...

I shudder to even think about that.

Isn't it likely it was this loan that caused you to make the low-quality posts in the first place? Will you not just do the same again? I'm sure Marco will understand with the loan and he's in charge of the signature campaign you're on so I think you'll be ok but I think you'll likely have to just wait out the ban.
i wouldent i learned my lessen i cant wait 30days i just cant

the first warning i got was because some guy reported me for something

but please i dont wont to be in a bad situation, make it this my last warning please just remove the 30 days!

We have all had our fair share of bans in our early days and no one was removed (even if some may have started begging moderators & admins pity to be unbanned); so, as happen to us, You have to wait the end of your ban period, before having your last chance to follow the rules.
Admins & mods already said what they said to you; so, you've to live with it.

Live long & prosper!

I personally don't think campaign operators should be accommodating when dealing with people who spammed so much that it lead to a ban. Being as accommodating only encourages spam like behavior as if they spam a lot then the worse that would happen is they get banned but still get paid for the shit posts they made and can do whatever else while they are waiting for the ban to expire.

I tend to agree, though people should be given a chance to improve (which Joca has already had in this case but the fact he's depending on a loan adds complications). Some signature campaigns do state being banned will cause you to forfeit payment but it's a hard rule for them to enforce as the operators don't usually have access to ban information unless a thread like this gets made.
I think it would actually be hilarious if BB did remove the ban, but also disabled Joca's signature. Let him come back and be a useful member of the community, but remove his incentive to be an annoying post whore.

Precisely what Beastlymac said. Learn from your mistakes, bans are issued for a reason. You are not a special little particle of gold shining brightly in the pool of banned players, and you don't get special privileges and exemptions. I'm sure it's not the end of the world....

...

...unless you make shills to earn more money and spam the forum.

I doubt it and I don't think you should be proposing deals that are likely going to give him false hope or will likely be agreed to by BadBear. He probably only needs to get back to posting to earn money to pay off his loan so removing the signature probably isn't an option for him anyway. If he wants my advice he should just wait out the ban but check back after each week and maybe BadBear may have a change of heart at some point but he is usually pretty steadfast with bans for good reason, but regardless of that you're going to have to wait out at least some of this ban and continuing to post about it here is likely only going to make it worse. I'll have a word with marco and I'm sure he will accommodate you after you return as long as you don't spam.

well i think you are the only guy who i can talk to that understands something

i told you i will take better care of my posts in future im just saying that at least 1 week or 2 before end of month to get this ban shortened if not im in deep trouble

you understand me well, and im saying i will take care of my posts better this was just a big mistake!

What makes you different to any other person who has been temp banned for a month? Why should you and only you have your ban shortened?

I gave the disclosure that it is likely something that BadBear will not agree to.

I also made the above statement to prove a point. That the OP is only here to make signature money and is not capable of engaging in adding to discussions/threads. If he would not agree to the above then he should be able to admit to himself that his appeal is fruitless.

Joca97? If you're the username I'm thinking of I believe you were making shit posts and I reported you, it's incredibly easy to not get banned off this forum, just don't spam bullshit and write coherently to other posters, it's that simple, why do people keep coming here and acting innocent?

im not acting innocent!i just want that my time gets lowered or ban removed but that this warning still stands!
This would probably not be agreed to by BadBear however one compromise might be to agree to shorten your ban period under the condition that you agree to not wear any kind of paid signature for at least 60 days. This would take away your incentive to make as many posts as possible but would allow you to continue to participate within the community.

The fact that you were making shit posts was likely because you were wearing a paid signature.

If you can agree to this condition then your chances might go up. If you would not agree to that then it would be clear that the only reason you are here is for the paid signature, which isn't in itself a problem, however it does become a problem when you demonstrate your unwillingness to constructively participate in conversations/discussions within the forum

Please just go away for 30 days.

And if not don't even try evading your ban - that's an instant permaban.

If you learn your lesson you won't mess up when your ban time is over. BadBear already said that your ban won't be removed. You have to wait 30 days.

is there any chance that it can be at least halfed to 15days or something like that

please talk to badbear i dont think he is that bad Tongue

please  mods have heart,if i dont get couple of posts for this month my account may get even negative trust and i dont wont that my account becomes worthless and that everyone calls me a scammer please remove the ban and make it like its already past 30 days and consider as my last warning!!

Your fault. You don't get out of a jail sentence by asking the court to have a heart. Follow the rules next time; you already had your last warning, seeing as you received a tempban before.
