Next time join the community, you mean saying break the rule again. No i am not. I was honestly putting my points and that's it. I don't think so this thread should be open for creating garbage in this forum so I locked this thread.

I am thanksful to all Respected members of this forum for your response . And hope @Theymos could reconsider about my permaban.

The difference between you and the member you quoted was you were caught for ban evasion on top of plagiarism, whereas the member you quoted was only caught for plagiarism. In addition they are considered to be a net asset to the community. You haven't necessarily proved yourself as such.

I don't want to coming here with excuses but if I had done something wrong years ago its not fair to make me permanent ban. And as you can see my old account I never used it. And at that time I really did not aware about ban evasion. This is really very strict punishment for me. I just want request that give me a one chance to prove myself. I also promise that I will never do that kind of mistakes in the future.

This is totally unfair that I spend a lot of time here I never used that account. That was my beginning time with Bitcointalk and I did not aware of it. If you really think it is fair then it's ok.

4. Ban evasion. Previous OP's account rnmt3948 has been nuked (BPIP).

I read so many ban appeal in meta section and I found that if their is one or two copy paste then it could be considered mercy.

In my case I only did one copy paste and that's happened in the beginning period of my account.

1- Regarding your thought about copied I would like to inform you that their was only one post I was copied which is also I forgot about it and that post was posted by me on 13 days after my account creation. But I accept it that was my first and last big mistake.

And that person also saying that I was the only one person who did hindi translation of Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ which prove that my intention was trying to make aware everyone about forum rules.

3- Regarding your third point I accept that mistakes. Yes I did few posts (4 or 5) without translating in local boards. But I would like to mentiond that those post was posted by me when I was only 2 months old on Bitcointalk.


So overall I accepted that those mistakes was done by me in the early stages of Bitcointalk journey and still I keep improving myself. So I want request that please give me a one chance to prove myself and I promise that I will never repeat that kind mistake in the future. I also promise that I will prove myself to be a good contributer on this forum and make this forum better.

Your overall profile does not look like net positive at all. I will say you are net negative here due to below reasons.

1. You copied.
2. You were using Automatic translator.
3. In some cases you just posted even without translating.

Contact theymos about it and state your case to him as he's the only person that can issue sig bans.

I would like to request @hilariousandco to please reconsidere on my ban and give me a one chance for contribute in this forum as a positive way. The mistakes I did in the beginning I never repeat it again.

Thank you so much for pointing out the reason and I also thinking the same as you are that's why already mentioned that point in my first post in this thread.

And for this I can only explain that I really did not aware about that rule because I was only 2 months old on this forum at that time. So I accepted that mistakes which is done by me during my learning. I also promised that I never do that again.

Note :- In my case I don't think so that post could be considered as a plaragism because I was hired by project manager as a hindi translator and he well known that I posted that post behalf of him for moderating the hindi thread . It's just my understanding.

Just search for your username: 1136275 and seems like you copy pasted the English content from the ANN topic and posted in your translation topic as it is instead of translating the content.

Those posts got deleted for these reasons.

I can see many users got banned for similar reasons as posting content (even in the form of updates) without any reference link as your own content is termed as plagiarism. These posts may be old but mods have noticed it now.

Yes I already know about it. And already put my point on their so that's why here I did not mentioned about my negative trust. If you go on that thread and see my points I already proved that the evidence showed by them was not true. Their was big difference.
And this Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ hindi translation which is done by me is also prove that my intention was trying to make new members aware about the forum rules and regulations. And I would also like to mention that this was a big translation work and it's take me to three days complete it.

This all happened with me from last 4 days and I don't want to say if someone intentionally doing with me but I just want to proove myself that I really did my job honestly and proving myself. As a human being maybe you can find some mistakes on me and I accept it too. But this is really hurt me because I had really a long journey with this forum and still want to contribute myself in this as a positive way.

The problem is you were recently caught using Google Translator to do Hindi translations so I do not think the admin (can mods actually unban accounts?) is likely to consider giving you a pass.

I totally agree with that but in my case if I permabanned on that time for this post then I don't have hurt but now after a long journey with this forum and I giving a lot of time for this forum I don't think so it's fair to make me permaban for that old post . And I am really sure that you can't find any other post like that. I also helped so many new members on this forum and make them aware about forum rules and regulations. So I am just requesting to moderator that please reconsider About it give me another chance for prove myself as I have a long journey with Bitcointalk .

Newbie or legendary the punishment is same for the plagiarism,now you may appeal but it is highly will be rejected by the admin.

These kind of posts completely deserves ban.

Unfortunately there is no way around this as you really went against the rules. You should have read them before making your first post to avoid getting caught on the wrong side.

Thanks for pointing this out. I really don't remember about that post But you also considered this things that I was created my account 3 september 2017 and the post you showed here was 16 September 2017 just after 13 days after my account creation. So I was newbie at that time and not aware about it. Well I accept this that it was wrong.  Well I don't think so it could make me to deserve for permaban.

As I already know that permabanned is happend in the case of plagiarism. And I am also against the plagiarism. And I never did copy past in this forum . So I am here going to explain one by one each of my post which is delated by moderator and may be considered by forum moderator as plagiarism which is not.

This post 1 years 4 months ago and posted by me. I was selected as hindi translator for farma trust project and behalf the project I was translated their ann thread in hindi language and posted in indian altcoin section. According to bounty rules I need to moderated my translated ANN THREAD time to time with new updates about project. So what I do mistake I posted that post without translating in hindi language. And according to forum rules No. 12 it's says
Here I would like to mentiond that I was totally new member for Bitcointalk at that time and before two months ago I joined this forum. And I was not aware about this rules because I was in learning period. And also that post did not considered as a plagiarism because I was working as hindi translator for that project.

And this is the same condition with other three post too.
So my question is that it's make me to deserve permaban.? I would like to request please reconsider for my permabanned because I have a long journey with bitcointalk and learning here so much.
