After I saw bitcoin wallet was hacked, I start to think that right now bitcoin wallet isn't the safest way to store my money. At this time, I think banks are better if you want to store your money securely. There's an alternative way if you want to store your money as bitcoin. You can use cold storage or paper wallet. They are better than online wallet
i dont think you should try a bitcoin wallet these times. The coin is to new and so are the bitcoin wallets i dont trust my coins into them. What i do trust is my money on a normal bank. Banks will always be there and cant steal your money that you cant do anything about it such as bitcoins.
There are allot of people who thinks bitcoin wallets are save enough to use but it is not so. Use banks these days there are allot of scammers around the bitcoin wallets dont trust them.
No I don't think that bitcoin is not secured, people should have to use established wallets and have to use desktop wallets with that they will have complete control on their coins and no one can steal their coins, unless he do not care about his/her wallet details.

I will choose bitcoin as a storage of my money because it can gain money by just waiting it to.rise the price. In bank you need to wait 3-4 years to gain that profit and it is risky because if the bank will bankcrupt what bank will do to refund your money. Here if the bitcoin price will down you need onyl to wait again.
Because i'm 17 years old , i can't open bank account maybe 1 or 2 years later , i can make account.
But now i can make bitcoin to my currency , and after 2 years . I will withdraw to my bank account.

It is their fault on how they are scammed from their bitcoin wallet, Bitcoin wallet sites are protected and secured it is your duty to keep your bitcoin wallet information private. Then, why are you here in bitcoin forum?

In some sense you are right as in many countries, people could not find all required options for using bitcoins, like to get all the features of banking with bitcoin ecosystem now itself. there are allot of people i know that have been stolen from their coins because they store them into a bitcoin wallet. I think there are two ways to see this. There are allot of people who use the bitcoin wallet and not even just 1 coin of them are stolen but there are allot of them who are be stolen. If you want to be sure that youre money cant be stolen than you have to use just normal banks you know. Bitcoin wallets are to many scammers who want your money and not just to help you investing no steal them.

Bitcoin=/=bank. Storing bitcoin is like keeping the money under your bed. With the difference that FIAT is vulnerable to inflation and bitcoin is inflation free.
Banks were invented to keep your money safe and to provide some small interest to fight the inflation.
Bitcoin alone fixes all these problems - it is payment processor, has storage potential and you can profit from holding.
I do not trust banks. I once had $90,000 in the bank and wanted to go the the casino for the night. So I went to the bank and asked for $5,000 of my money. They told me that they did not have enough and that I had to go to another branch and get the other half of my money. WTF Screw banks.

I totally agree with you. I would much prefer having bitcoin in a safe secure storage, than to store my wealth in banks. Storing my wealth in banks basically screwing myself up because fiat is forever depreciating.
I am also letting the banks do the fractional reserves stuff that they do. In bitcoin, there is no such thing as fractional reserves.
But really bank is the most safest place on earth were you cam securr your wealth unlike any other methods there and for saving your savings or wealth in your bitcoin wallet is crazy men do you think it is safest than banks? There are some issue of lockdown on wallets and i experience it on my local walley provider they lock up my account without a notice or warning and dont know what is their ground to lock it up, and what if it happens to your wallet well it can make your self in trouble and be broke and floating wallet have many threat unlike bank even if they are bankrupt they have insurance to ensure the security of their client and so they csn pay.
for security i prefer bank but for transaction, I choose bitcoin because very simple

if there are only bitcoin wallets i would use them but there are also banks who can keep your money save instead of the wallets who cant. So use banks money is what they can keep save not your worthless coins.
