There's no need to receive a warning if you did plagiarism, you can say bad/foul words though but you can't plagiarize. Your account has been banned because you broke a rule/s.

This is not the reason for you ban. Wait for the people to show what posts you have been plagiarized. 
Bitching about not getting a warning is going to fall on deaf ears here. Even though there's a rule on bitcointalk dealing with it, people ought to know better than to steal someone else's words/thoughts/work. No warning is necessary.

If there's anything I've immediately learned about "banned account for no reason or no warnings" on my 2 week stay here on Bitcointalk, it's mostly either 1. plagiarism(99% of the time), or ban evasion.
The forum moderator @theymos blocked my account from posting without a reason or alert or wrote me and he did not understand the situation especially since my posts write for myself to know that I write in Arabic and then translate to English, which causes a misunderstanding of the text
So ask for help to retrieve my account taking into account the language problem
