I am wondering if this job requires no technical knowledge, or all those who posted here (regarding the job) understand perfectly how a mixer works and what could be/go wrong with it.
I confess that until now I didn't use "mixers." If you want to "hide" transfers, I used to exchanges, just because I was not convinced to such services.
