As @Maus0728 has said, there's a thread for this already and yes I think that it's a really good kind of fights but the problem is that the fighters will be short lived in this one since a bare knuckle is the most destructive kind of fighting.
I don't know if we have some member of this forum who's aware of this sports.
There is a previous thread[1] that discusses the same thing but I am not sure if those popular gambling site took the suggestions into account.
