I initially thought we have to get rid of gloves to see real fight experience but the fact remains that the hands are too fragile without any protection and with bare knuckles the amount of cuts that happens with every strike makes it too brutal to look at. I have not seen any sports book that allows betting on the new event but eventually we will see them, but I highly doubt it will become mainstream simply because of the bleeding.

I think that the bleeding will help... Unfortunately or for the benefit of this, people find more exciting the fights where there is more blood, just take a look at some of best UFC events.

Woow what a record!! I did not know that the formal background went back to the eighteenth century!

The other day I heard Artem Lobov saying in an interview that MMA / UFC generates more brain damage than bear knuckle because of knees, elbows, kicks etc...  what do you think guys?

Knuckle Fighting is what boxing was in the old days before people thought about boxing gloves, people were fighting this way hundreds of years ago. I think this is to violent for the modern mainstream boxing fan.

Yeah right, old games like this shouldn't be broadcasted in a mainstream media, the game is to violent and for sure it's more bloody than any other types of fighting games, in terms of gambling or betting, if there's a demand surely sports houses will cater and open book for this game.
Though thats the format of original boxing yet in our time it is too violent specially that now younger and younger has an accessible to the internet so we must prevent then to become bloody mined children’s we need some gloves to cover hands whenever the boxer goes up the ring to fight and i believe that the old days has gone and this is the new generation that must consider the less violence community

James Figg is truly a legend, 300 years ago he made a memorable career, that will be near impossible to beat today, 11 years as champions of England!
He is widely recognized as the first English bare-knuckle boxing champion, reigning from 1719 to 1730
And James Figg had a record of 269–1 in 270 fights

True, and according to the history

According to the boxing chronicle Pugilistica, the first newspaper report of a boxing match in England dates from 1681, when the Protestant Mercury stated: "Yesterday a match of boxing was performed before his Grace the Duke of Albemarle, between the Duke's footman and a butcher. The latter won the prize, as he hath done many before, being accounted, though but a little man, the best at that exercise in England."[2]

The first bare-knuckle champion of England was James Figg, who claimed the title in 1719 and held it until his retirement in 1730. Before Jack Broughton, the first idea of current boxing originated from James Figg, who is viewed as the organizer of cutting edge boxing. In 1719, he set up a 'pugilistic foundation' and charged himself as 'a professional in the Noble Science of Defense' to instruct boxers on the utilization of clench hands, sword, and quarterstaff. Noted champions were Jack Broughton, Elizabeth Wilkinson, Daniel Mendoza, Jem Belcher, Hen Pearce, John Gully, Tom Cribb, Tom Spring, Jem Ward, James Burke, William "Bendigo" Thompson, Ben Caunt, William Perry, Tom Sayers and Jem Mace.[3]

Haven't watched any of it yet but I think it's gonna be better than watching regular boxing that's for sure.  MMA opened everybody to the idea that there's more to combat prize fighting than boxing imho.

I'm not a fan of this "sport." I think they add more violence to compensate for the lack of technique or quality. One punch from established boxer would put those guys to sleep.
Don't you think that bare-knuckle punch from the like of Mike Tyson could kill a man? However, from the gambling perspective, I think this is good since we have more option to bet Grin

I'm with the majority here. I'm sorry but I didn't like what I see, it's like Fight Club. I saw one teeth flying, ouch!!!. It's too bloody and gruesome, I guess everyone has it's taste and like but this time though, I will pass.

I thought it was only available on underground societies, like what on movies shows. It really is real and live to watch by normal people like us. This is too violent to watch, I can't bare to see people's blood spit out and worst case is die from a fight like this. If this goes on and people bet on with BTC or other currencies then maybe there would huge people who would bet that likes this kind of sport.

I think that to, but bare knuckle Fighting is going to mainstream. The fact that they are bringing persons from UFC and Box definitely will help a lot gaining popularity!!

I agree with all of you guys... they are pros that train hard, their knuckles are like weapons and can make a lot of damage, its to bloody, its brutal, etc...   And maybe I will sound crazy but for me thats what makes it more exciting.

I thank you for your feedback and if I found a safe betting site for Bare Knuckle I will let all know Wink

Wow I never heard that Artem will be fighting bare knuckle, but he is just an animal.

Personally, its too brutal it can really do a lot of damage on fighter so I'm not interested on this kind of fight, UFC or Boxing for me.

Apparently Bare Knuckle is planing Artem vs Paulie Malignaggi

Making some google search and found this: https://www.bettingplanet.com/bare-knuckle-fighting-championship/  These are fiat based and not with crypto and also theres no review about them so im still hesitant on using them.

About the sport, its too bloody and way more dangerous for its participants.I do rather prefer on seeing boxing which have covers on their knuckles and the danger of comma and blood clots of this sport is pretty high.

I didn't know that there's such event where fighters will fight with just bare knuckles. This must be exciting and something new, however, this might be dangerous and brutal since there will be no protection used to somehow lessen the impact of punches. Might be worth watching.

I wasn’t even aware that anywhere official/legit offers odds on bareknuckle fighting. I assumed it was only underground/illegal.

Crazy that they allow it in the somewhat mainstream. It’s dangerous & shouldn’t really be allowed especially when it involves people who actually know how to hurt somebody.

Pretty Bloody for me I really think that it becomes pretty gruesome but at least they can handle each other punches, But I'd rather watch MAA or UFC instead of a bare-knuckle fight it likes watching boxing but doesn't have any gloves at all, Maybe if they will put professional boxer on the ring they that will even be bloodier and a fast matchup if it does, There are a number of Sports gambling site that you can make a bet on that others had shared here you can sure choose from that.

I noticed this yesterday on youtube which surfing the site. I find this sports way brutal and faces of player are covered with blood. Since the sports is kinda new it's hard to find a betting site which accepts cryptocurrency as payment. I've been doing research but I can't find one to place a bet using bitcoin.
