This is not true as I have picked up one for less then that. Anybody paying even 80 is just looking to throw money away.

Seriously now people. If you don't have a mining machine that mines for you for profit (ie: ROI completed) it's NOT worth it. I thought that it was a good investment for me to go for a second miner before 2 weeks (I'm in the process of getting a Sept.2012 BFL SC) but now (after the difficulty jump) I strongly believe that -unless USD/BTC goes over $300- mining is definitely out of the question...
My advice: Newbies BEWARE!
