if the winners always took more than they spended there would never be a purpose of creating a site first place
you could simply give the money away for free ,which is definitely not the case with your lottery

Can we test the game before we play it for real crypto?
You should add some short demo mode so we can do this.
Maybe even some videos would be good idea
Short video might be good idea for the explanation to the people and it's very helpful to those who still confuse to play but i think the instructions on OP how to playing the game also very clear that basically this is PvP game with 3 different altcoins to played and at the OP too they inform their bounty to discord channel so you might to joining them through discord app to get the bounty and free altcoin can be used to testing the site before you deposit with your real moneyYou should add some short demo mode so we can do this.

The wait for each game isn't instant as I observed. I think it is because the gambling site has a low amount of traffic they get from the customer and it would be an issue to other players who are waiting. especially it's a PVP game

Still not have much cryptocurrency that gamblers can choose. I like the idea having votes if whether to add a coin or not but I suggest there's no need to have vote when adding bitcoin to use as one of the payment system. There is a team out there who also have the same goal about creating a PVP gambling.
