in some exchange, Bitcoin Cash have ticker with BCH
Yep will be a huge dump. It just will matter who can dump the fastest to make the most profit...the question is who is going to be buying...
It will be dumped for sure in the coming days, but with time, maybe it can reach some highs after the dumps is finished.

If that's how you feel you too should participate in the release of BCC. Crashing the market would be particularly easy for all bitcoiners holding any amount of Bitcoin. In contrast, people owning BTC only to not participate would have no direct impact on the market as they would not influence supply. In my opinion speculators are more likely to show little support to BCC if the launch is met with a horrible crash but then again a recovery wouldn't be too unlikely. Investors will dump it hard right after they give some free coins and the prices could be in range 20 - 30$. Value of it can increase or not is depend on major miners who are optimistic to join in network for mining.
I think BCC will just be an instant dump altcoin. I can't see it becoming a viable long-term proposition, and certainly not a bitcoin competitor.

How BCC can be on exchanges when officially still is not available? Those are the tokens redeemable on exchanges in 1-1 ratio. Early speculators can play now. With the series of various statement by exchange sites disowning the coin, I don't expect anything out of the ordinary at first but with time if the promoters can keep to its promotion and not relent, then much more activities can pick up after a while but not soon. Anyone believing in it should be prepared to hold longterm.

If I will have BTC on exchange they chamge it for BCC for one day (first august) and then automaticaly changed back to BTC or it stay on BCC on exchanges? Or if I will have BTC on exchange I will have BTC + else also BCC?
It depends on the exchange I guess, that is why a lot of people recommend to withdraw your Bitcoins before the Aug 1 to your local wallet. Then you can choose to do what you want with it.
