BCC wallet in exchanger is available for deposit and withdraw.
I am trying to send some BCC from HitBTC to Bittrex exhange.
I waited for 10 hours and until now some confirmations have not been completed. I want to ask: is it normal?  Huh

Perhaps its because bcc is fairly new and have a lot of room for adjustments still. Most new altcoins probably would have this issue if they're accepted by exchanges. Give it time.

not they won't.
a new altcoin is starting from scratch and if it is PoW like bitcoin, the difficulty will be adjusted accordingly from scratch and based on the hashrate.
when BCC forked they forked from bitcoin so that chain had the same difficulty as bitcoin (very high) and with a low hashrate as others explained it takes a long time to find a block.
As per my understand, in today the difficult mining Bitcoin Cash has falldown and miner confirm the profit mining Bitcoin Cash just = a half profit of mining Bitcoin. So, if the price of Bitcoin Cash can't increasing in next time, not have many miner still continue mining it and make their blocks need long time for confirm!

As far from understanding your post, you meant BCC takes too long to confirm because there are not enough miners of bcc to confirm transaction and the price of BCC will be the one to detertmine how miners would mine BCC. For me this is just the 1st week of the release so its not yet valid to question any problems. Because obviously everything is still being fixed and there would be a certain date BCC and BTC could be once again stabled once all of this updates are 100% synced.

this is kind of strategy for stop the dumps. but they won't run from that dump.

Nope. It's because they have a very limited hash power but the BTC Difficulty. Now they are working on lowering the Difficulty with every block. So to be able to mine it easily and fasten the transactions.

I have got a great idea, let's switch to bitcoin. Lols.

That's the best way to do safer transactions and even faster now a days. There is 2.6x rise in mining capacity and efficiency since the hard fork happened. This has led to faster transaction possibilities and some of them are even getting confirmed within ten minutes. Why take so much huddles and risk if you know every bit of bcc and its storyline.
I think that he's about how a transaction of BCC takes so long because he want to dump all of his coins, but damn, he missed the moment because of the very slow network.

Sadly to know that this kind is being encountered in just after launching the coin. It makes me so confuse if I am going to invest or not especially transactions needs to be confirmed after the whole blocks completed. This will makes investor worry because traders or investors does not want to make transactions with low flow. They thought they can beat down bitcoin by launching this coin. The price totally goes down.

Worry about this situation, some traders must have lost with this process. Maybe this is also a strategy for BCC does not happen drastic price decline.
The trader must be patient, and immediately discard the BCC.

BCC already had a drastic price decline, as seen in the graph below (source: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-cash/), after unexpectedly skyrocketing to around $1200 days ago.

The long transaction times is just because of BCC/BCH having low hashrate and high mining difficulty due to it being just recently forked as you may know, and also having alot less miner support compared to what BTC has. I suggest to just make the transaction and return after like 24-48 hours later. Hashrate as expected will slowly rise in the future.

This means this coin is as good as Dead. Having low hashrate with high mining difficulty would really give longer confirmation on transactions. I dont really expect this thing on Bch supposed to be that it should really have much faster confirmation than bitcoin but now it acts on the opposite way. There are already lot of complaints arising now regarding BCC transactions.

Logically, if people find the confirmation longer a bit of hassle for sure they will stay out of it for the time being and go back to bitcoin again. But I don't think they will simply go away. They will put up a good fight but for me it will be just futile. Maybe along the way we will see it trading at ~$100 and few pump and dump to put some hype around it but that is the best effort they can mastered. People will stick to the old reliable bitcoin.
People would really stick up on those traditional things that they know and BCH would really just still end up an another altcoin in the market.Just like we do see on ETC and ETH. This BCH would really still stay but be traded on a lesser price just as expected. It wont  really be used the same as bitcoin but it would still be traded for profits purposes.

BCC transactions are very long because there is no huge volume of the miners who mines bcc and they are still into bitcoin because of the high price and because they are almost the same coin with different name and price so they will go into the original and i think we don't need to expect something special in bcc because it is just a copy cat coin.

They will likely have between 10 and 20 blocks per day based on current hashrate and difficulty. After just under two months from Aug 1 the difficulty should reset to about one block every twenty minutes or so.

If additional miners start mining on the bch blockchain (which I would find likely) these numbers will adjust towards less time to a difficulty adjustment and more blocks per day.

yes it is normal. take a look at this: https://cash.coin.dance/blocks
from the time bitcoin cash split from bitcoin there has been 72 blocks on bitcoin cash and 495 blocks on bitcoin. it is because of two things: the high difficulty and low hashrate of BCC.
i am not sure how they have changed the difficulty adjustment but i believe it is only a one time thing which has already happened (reduced it 25%) but still was not enough. now BCC has to wait until the real difficulty adjustment is here on the 2016th block.

Well it's not used by anyone except for bitmain lol. So even if you have confirmations is it really safe? The TX could always get reversed because they have all of the hashing power.
