An update on my scam accusation: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63209143

In the end I've received USDT124k. Even when we agreed for all bets to be deemed void and my deposit to be refunded, they decided to pay out not BTC (which I deposit and played) but USDT value of BTC, which is of course much more convenient for them considering how much BTC has jumped in value over the last month or so. Looking at todays rate that's another 1.25 BTC they've stolen from me.

I accepted the offer to be paid in USDT after consulting with efialtis and heeding his advice to take what's on the table. I'd like to thank him here as well as it seems they reactivated the AG complaint on 2 occasions I asked him to contact the casino for me.

At one point I was willing to go the legal route as some people I'm friends with from the industry claimed to know the right lawyers for the job. However after considering the state of the casino and all the red flags (casino rep not active on the forum anymore, account blocks, KYC taking months, unresponsive CS, extremely generous loyalty scheme, unable to make good on resolved disputes, refusing to pay out big winners, a huge number of complaints on AG and CG to name a few) I deemed it highly likely that they are having solvency issues and might not be around for as long as it takes for an international lawsuit to bear fruit. Honestly, at this point I'm happy to have gotten anything out.

I consider this casino to be a 100% scam. Small time players might still be okay to play for a while, as it's typical for a casino going under to refuse payouts to the few biggest winners in order to keep afloat. In this context high stakes players are the canary in the coal mine.
Well well, still would say a big congratulations to you, and a big thank you to efialtis who was highly knowledgeable enough to advice you well, and you heeding to that advice is also very commendable.

There is this proverb, or adage in place which says that, when a fish caught tries to escape back into the river, try and make sure to cut the tail atleast, this way, you won't be left with nothing.
This, I believe is exactly what efialtis advised you, and you did, and even though you are still in loss, the loss is no longer as big as it was before, as it is commonly said that half bread is better than no bread at all.

Anyways, it's very unfortunate that bc.game choose this route, this casino, like I said before used to be one of the most reputation here, it's very surprising how they changed in such a short time, I hope gamblers start avoiding this casino, so we don't have such experiences again.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and support.
BCgame team have already taken more than enough time to resolve the issues. The casino team isn't responding in the forum, while more and more accusations are appearing here. I don't know what they want to achieve with the silence. But they are not going to regain the lost reputation and trust even if they resolve all the issues with a good manner. I would like to see how BTCGOSU (you) work as a mediator to resolve the issues of BCgame here. Your name was mentioned several times in different accusations of BCgame to get a help. Therefore, you know that how much importance the forum members are giving to you to see the resolutions of these matters.

For what it`s worth, I can tell that one of the disputes is about to be "fixed", at least that`s what it looks like - fingers crossed!

Also, I was told that they would get back to responding. Let`s see...

I haven't posted in Gambling threads for a couple of weeks now. I am surprised that the Flags against BC game is active now. I have never been in favor of them. Most users in this thread and their signature participants trolled the accuser. They thought every accuser was an abuser because they were newbies.

I have spoken against BC game several times because I have seen how unfair they were with their players. Especially when players contact support about their issues, they respond quickly, then take five minutes, ten, twenty, and then a day to respond. After a period, they do not respond anymore. It is high time for Efialtis to level them as scammers!

Really disheartening seeing how a once trusted casino can loose its reputation over night.

On a side note, efialtis has always been favorable towards this casino. I remembered some people informing him since he's a network of affiliates.

He might to look into the piling cases.
At the end of the day efialtis is only a person who has affiliates on the website through his website BTCGOSU. He has no control of whether they pay or not. He can try to get a response from their rep and ask them to post here, but cannot force them. About the only action he can take is removing them from his website and labeling them a scam which at this point any added pressure might be the path to take.

That is right he cannot be held countable for what the admins of BC games have done or not done. It is their job to respond to the accusation rather than dragging a person who runs an affiliate website. I do not think he should be even asked to contact them and we should all wait for a representative of the casino to respond. If they fail then we know as a community what we need to do in such cases. Already this thread is painted in red and if they do not respond they will lose a lot of customers.

That's true. That's what he did to BetFury when they severely reduced his affiliate commissions by leaving them a scathing review until they eventually relented.

I would love to see Efialtis his opinion on the issues we are having. I have reached out to him in the BTCGOSU thread so hopefully he can take a look at the cases and maybe help to resolve them.

He got a good relationship with the team so maybe he can give this cases to the right person? Normally Efialtis his analysis about casino sites are accurate and honest so guess the future what will happen with bc.game.

Not just him, alot of us have always been very happy playing on this casino, I myself sure have played on this casino on several occasions, never had any issues with withdrawal or anything, I also have referred some of my offline friends to this casino, but this is not recent though.

Like I said before, it's rather very unfortunate for them, they re probably gonna loss alot of customers because of this negligence with their reputation.

Below is the screenshot of the telegram group I talked about, they are all playing on bc.game, I will warn to admin to avoid this casino going forward.

You raise a good point about playing it safe, particularly when there's shady stuff like scam accusations floating around about a casino.  It's so important to take those red flags into account when you're evaluating how legit a site really is.  Like no way would I put my own money in there right now. And for sure I wouldnt go telling people to sign up or anything before I knew more.

Plus I'm holding off judgement too, but if any campaign manager in the forum won't promote it, then it's probably better to avoid it until the casino admins could prove that they are indeed trustworthy. It's nothing personal, but if a casino truly did something wrong with someone from our community, then our community should avoid that casino and tell everyone else to avoid it.
Because the warning flag is quite loud, anyone should remain alert and not try to enter this casino until everything can be resolved. There are still many casinos that provide comfort, security and are supported by a good reputation. So there is no reason to enter this casino if you don't want to get into trouble. Lately, there have been a lot of problems with casinos which were initially well supported on forums but for some reason the reasons always involved insiders taking advantage of the opportunity to destroy their own casinos. My brother experienced problems at this casino and forbade me not to try playing there, coincidentally I had not touched this casino for quite a long time and when I got negative issues I was no longer surprised.
Well, it's quite shocking seeing the gravity of warning on bc.game, I mean this casino used to be one the most reputable casinos on this forum, I am personally surprised seeing how bad they have fallen in their reputation.

I some friends who are playing on this casino on regular basis, I even belong to a betting group on telegram with over 50k active members, and the Admin of the group only posts games from bc.game.
Though I've not been participating in the betting for a while now, I think I have to reach out to the admin and warn him immediately, and possibly point him to this thread.

While it is not looking good, I would still give them some more time to solve all the open ongoing issues. They still, at least I think, a good relationship with efialtis and as he is one the more trusted on here, I still give them some credit. Until recently there were no issues and as get-paid also mentioned, there were no issues with larger withdrawals also.

From October 5th to today, more than 30 days have passed and it is very close to becoming 60 days without the casino representative here on the forum entering the forum, is it possible that the casino representative has forgotten about these all the complaints that exist against them in this forum? My answer is that it is not possible that the casino representative has forgotten about these complaints that are here on the forum. Could it be that the casino representative is a very busy person? well, nowadays people have a lot of problems and things to solve in the real world, which makes them very busy, but it turns out that the casino representative is a casino employee (I believe he is not the owner of the casino) and that means If the guy receives a salary, then he also has a work calendar: days and hours he should be working and what functions he should be working in. He is probably the employee who has the function of noting the problems that casino customers report in this forum, and in other places on the internet such as trustpilot and casino.guro, now see that in this forum the casino representative has been without answer people's problems but look what happens on trustpilot where they have had a lot of scam accusations

source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bc.game

see that 3 days ago the casino representative was responding to scam accusations made by people on trustpilot, and 5 days ago the casino representative was also responding to scam accusations, because he only keeps responding on trustpilot? I believe the reason is because on trustpilot people don't have greater freedom to complain, they make a post and disappear and when they respond to an accusation of scam, they know that that person won't make a post again, so the problem hasn't been resolved. and that person resigned himself to being robbed. but for novice people, when they look at that scenario where the casino representative is responding, they soon think that with that gesture then the casino is trustworthy. For example, I saw in this thread some people saying that they are using the casino and have not had any problems. Well, about that it's quite simple: when a website is starting out it doesn't have many customers

when the site starts a big marketing campaign: it pays in many places to promote the site, runs signature campaigns, offers bonuses and gifts. The site gets a large number of users and with that it can now afford to end that big marketing campaign and start with selective payments. Imagine a casino that has 100,000 customers and pays 90 customers and withholds funds from 10 new customers, people will hardly accuse this casino of being a scam. people's tendency to look at 10 people as liars and cheats, even when those 10 people post proof. other people don't believe. The most important thing at this moment is that for those people who have been playing at the casino for many years, they start to be on alert, which consists of playing with small amounts of money while watching until the problems reported here will be resolved, when more days pass and they They remain silent, greater alertness should be given to all people, because this could also be a preparation for them to suddenly disappear. At least in case they disappear, people who put little money in the casino won't feel pain

Although you might be right in holding off judgement, it's still not advisable to deposit any Bitcoins/altcoins to any casino that hasn't addressed any of the scam accusations made against them. One of the ways to verify if a casino is trustworthy is if a campaign manager wants to continue promoting a casino. If he/she stops, then it's an indcation that the risk for getting a negative trust-rating would be greater than the financial incentives from the casino.

If you guys check most of the current status of pending scam accusation. Most of them is already attended by BC representatives but not in favor to the players. They are not taking their time but rather they are standing on their decision against all the open scam accusation that’s why they are very silent.

Some of the issue already concluded by the arbitrator that BC should give the fund back to the player yet BC is ignoring it and become silent as feedback to the decision. This piling of issue with valid proof is very serious which no trusted company will allow unanswered for a long time.
I really hoped it didn’t get bad to the point of painting there page before there attention was called in to pending issues but, with them tending to these issues, it actually means the company means well and have some concern for there status as per reputation and the brand in which they’ve begone. Although, it’s a stigma that would take some time to clean up.

I just of recent and as a matter of fact, see BC.Game to be taking some social media promotions. While it would be good at the end of the platform, it would be nice to have them take these issues as they arise more seriously.
