Well it's true if you're not do something illegal e.g. scam, abuse, etc you're free of taking advantages of using VPN. But if you're from restricted country on some provider, but you using VPN to able play on there... it's risky lol

But if we convert the coin because we want to reduce the transaction fee after winning a certain amount and sending that winning amount to another wallet, I think they will allow it.Yeah, They will allow it and I have done it many times. For example, If you have deposited eth or you get some eth from free spin or rain or tips and now you want to withdraw it. You have to pay a lot of gas fees which you don't want to pay. In this case, You can swap it to TRX or Doge, or LTC to reduce the transaction fees. I don't think there is any problem if you do that. I never faced any issue doing this.
