Great selection on sports bet, quick evaluation of bets, fast payout.
But now, unfortunately, I have a problem and the support doesn't admit the mistake.
On 1st April I placed two bets on Game Varnamo - GAIS
After I placed my bets the association decided to change date and place. Originaly match should be played on 7th April at 14:00. But they changed date to monday 8th April 19:00. In addition they wouldn´t play at Värnamo, pitch was changed to Boras.
Because of this fact I asked in chat what will happen with my bet. Do you will settle my bet or do you will void the match?
I recieved these answer:
Mike told me in chat that they will void these two bets. After I read these information, I placed a new bet on Varnamo.
Surprise on Monday evening. All bets were settled wrong. Also the two bets from 1st April. After these result I was in chat again. They told me bets were graded correctly. "I´m sorry but the system has informed that the result of your bet is correct, sir. Sorry for the inconvenience"
In my opinion it´s a hard decision. Because I got wrong information on chat. Of course, I accept the evaluated bet that I placed later. But it´t not ok at bets from 1st April where chat told me that they will void these bets.
Any idea what I still could do?
As I said, everything has been absolutely great so far. This is my first little bad experience with BC.game
