When a gambler has an active scam accusation against a casino, it is usually not feasible to participate in other giveaways the gambling site is offering. The reason for this is that the gambler may or may not be comfortable gambling on the same platform where he is facing the issues. His mind will be in resolving the issues and hence he won't be able to enjoy the time spent on the gambling site.
First of all, there is no "active scam accusation" here. He has a problem, support confirmed the problem and is trying to resolve it.

It's a technical error which has been acknowledged by bc. All he can do is wait for them to finally resolve it. Should it be faster, of course it should. But he can he or anybody here do something about it? I doubt it.
