While you guys are right, I still think they lost some of their costumers due to the issues they had, at a certain moment they were red tagged but luckily they took action and since then it is running smooth again. Even during the issues, the withdrawals were indeed running good. I already withdrew multiple times and always received it in about 10 minutes or less (TRX and XLM).

They corrected everything and all is going good, but one more hickup like that and it will really hurt them allthough I don’t think there will be any more issues.
