I haven't updated yet. Because they asked me to verify KYC after verification of KYC they asked me to deposit $30 to activate withdrawal which doesn't even make sense. I told them I had received the bonus from survey. But they are still insisting me to deposit the $30 which I don't find fair for me.
Looks like they have noticed multiple account activity from your IP. Otherwise, I can't see the reason to apply the KYC verification rules to you while they have allowed the other users to withdraw the survey balance without any problems.

This is a possible reason – after all it was a survey so some might try to get more rewards from it by creating more than one account and then using another Bitcointalk account to make submissions.

I saw some Bitcointalk account that had less than five posts and activities asking for payment details so there is a possibility that the op fails into that category – cos I don’t see any reason why the casino would ask anyone to complete kyc verification just because of $10….

Anyway, @atomicarthur a link has been provided for you so make sure you reach out to them through it – you should be able to know why you were given such task to be completed before withdrawal and if was a mistake then it should be resolved but I doubt that it was a mistake.

About two months ago, when all the issues were popping up and no response was given bu bc.game initially, they lost some their good reputation and some users. They corrected everything and all is going good, but one more hickup like that and it will really hurt them allthough I don’t think there will be any more issues.
If I remember correctly, They are reducing their bonuses and cutting expenses with their marketing by the time the recent issue arise against their casino. Their company is on the adjustment phase that’s why they didn’t react quickly on all the issue.

It’s really a good sign that decided to straighten up their reputation despite there’s a lot of bad review against them even outside the forum due to their bonus adjustments. For the time that I have used BC games, I have always only been required to do one-time wager requirements. The moment I wager up to the amount I deposit, I'm always allowed to withdraw. I have not used the bonus part, so I don't know about that, but so far as I know and have seen people who use the casino, I have never come across 60-time wager requirements that sound ridiculous, and you should provide some proof if you truly have such experience.
