You just had a bad day and that's it, talking about the software and how we pray that the house will not get better cards is a bit funny... We all wish to win whatever game we are playing, we hope or pray for some luck, but it's gambling. Who said you will sit at the table and you will win the money just like that?

The lack is from the BC game side. There is a reason why efialtis does not respond to you. They said there were no open tickets when they checked, and you uploaded those documents eleven days ago and contacted live support six times. Even though you opened live chat six times, number of tickets is zero. That's mean the support agents marking those live chat conversations as solved so their boss or others does not see it as pending or as open ticket.

Even though Bc game claims they have 24/7 support, I still believe they should have another support channel where people can contact regarding their issues. Or at least if they monitor the cases here in Bitcointalk, it would be helpful for them. Sometimes support agents does not care and mark tickets as solved without further investigation.

The closest 2FA could do for you is the awareness but, of course, they could join mails or create alternative mails and what have you to still be affiliated.
