After running really bad at GG poker for a month i decided to look for another casino. After reading about BC.game in bitcointalk i got curious and decided to open a account 22 of october. I deposited 800usd in eth and played only 4 hands with baccarat. All of the hands where Max bet and quickly had a balance of approx 12k.

I decided to withdraw the amount and now the problem arised. I logged in to my account the next day and saw that my withdrawal was placed back in my account. No notification in email or messages. I had to get in touch with their live chat in order to understand what was happening. And this was what i got:

I then started reading more of the reviews and came across alot of negative reviews from players. In trustpilot it is clearly is written that they have detected many fake reviews from this casino.

The way all of this is handled is extremely frustating. I am here highlighting how bc game is operating their casino so the rest of the players dont fall in to the same situation.

I have taken screenshots of every transaction in the site. I can upload everything.

The one thing i have to say is that i think it is  sad that their practise in running casino is not highighted. They clearly make it hard for players to cashout and hold on to their shady practises without anyone pointing  a finger.

I dont care about the funds. What i dont tolarate is getting played. This is my honest review of BC.game. I also demanded a permanent ban. Will never set a foot in that casino again.

Do not play here bro you will lose everything with a simple bugs but you will never know how.

And again, an unfortunate thing happened to me on this site. I just tried to withdraw funds, but it couldn't be withdrawn (the reason is as shown on the link above). Not blaming anyone, just thinking maybe it's my fault, because I didn't read the rules and regulations. I am currently waiting for a reply from customer service to ask for an explanation.

I also like the new design, easy to navigate! Needed to create a new password however when I wanted to login and there are indeed some bugs while navigating down (also at the vault) but nice to see that the keeps working to further improve their site!

I just created a new account, and it was said that if I deposit above 10 dollars (because of a newcomer), and I will get a 300% bonus from the deposit, but I didn't get it, after I contacted customer service, it turned out the reason is because I did not make a one-time transaction with the amount above 10$, yes I admit it, I did make two transactions, and have no problem with it. however, why didn't they say so on the notice?. I hope my experience is useful for those who read this.

Updating the site, it seems to me, has made bc.game more attractive, although maybe someone will not like it for me, it has become better and looks nice now, I don't know how the design of the online casino looks clearer.

Around 200-300$ per month for me.

That sounds like a lot of hard work. To be able to get around 677 referrals is quite the talent. How did you manage that? Are you perhaps an Influencer with a large Fan Base/follower-base? Or are these 677 referrals all over the span of a long time period?

I don't doubt that everything has the compliment mentioned by bc.game, but it is certainly one of those things that we always have to deal with despite trust.

If they are making these movements, well, they are very clear about it, because obviously in the Qatar World Cup all publicity that is seen will be very accepted, in fact everything that can be included in the great event I am sure that brand will have a great impact on traffic, for me if BC.GAMES are with these things, the marketing director has to take great care of it, because he knows how to do things. On the other hand, I see that BC.GAME in the forum is having a soft publicity, they are putting some threads that refer to BC.GAMES being one of the best casinos, I don't follow that it is bad, but they should make it a little smoother .

Care to explain some more? Is it after the rebrand that the ref bonuses are lower? I have the same feeling that the wheel is less interessant than before (for the lower levels). In the about 100 times I have spun the wheel, I have only won locked 0.01$ BCD.
