I'm trying to withdraw my winnings from the goal time contest in the games and rounds section sponsored by bcgame. I've met the wagering requirements, but after submitting a withdrawal request, it was canceled and the funds were returned to my account. i contacted support, and they advised me to try withdrawing in another currency, but my account still says I'm unable to process the withdrawal. i informed support about this, and now they've requested kyc verification. I've already completed the verification, but the support response is taking a long time. Until now. It's only 60$ withdrawal request. Before my withdrawal request didn't triggers KYC. Don't know what happen today.
That's different from the experience and several withdrawals that I've made in the past. If this is a new term to them that they're asking kyc even from those winners of their contests, recently, looks like that's it and they're implementing it. IIRC, hosseinminr got the same issue also last month when he was fine withdrawing but then was asked later for kyc.

It seems that they are making KYC mandatory for all users one by one even for small withdrawals and they don't allow people to make more than a few withdrawals without verifying their identity.

I don't have courage to be optimistic in gambling because I have a bad experience before which makes me lose control. From that moment I learn that I don't need to think anything beside of clicking the roll button and play for some time. I remember there wasn't one before, but it's still fine since the goal of this promotion is to get people to try their platform. Just wish me luck to win and complete the wagering requirements.
Thought i was the only one that noticed this new development, the most recent prize I got I thought this was some error upon getting the code not until I saw the wagering requirement on the BC game website and knew its the real deal & it's not a bad idea to use these bonus funds to encourage users to test out the different games available on BC...otherwise flipping this 2X is not mission impossible. Otherwise it's all about the fun that counts.

Yeah 2x wager requirement is really not a big deal for a free promotion. If remember these deposit bonuses on fiat sites which often had a 35x wager requirement for casino games and 6x on sports. Those were really hard to beat.
2x is done super easy if someone doesn’t want to take any risks, wager allin twice on 1.01 on dice for example with a 98% win chance and it’s done .

A great tip for those who are participating, I hadn't thought of it. And if you look for other houses, and you don't have to go far. Betting houses on the forum itself, I think it's very unlikely that you'll find anything even remotely similar to this.

Perhaps most previous winners did not use the winning from the prediction contest to play on BC.Game (withdraw it directly), that's why it is now has 2x wagering requirement.
It is reasonable to have such wagering requirement since the contest is 100% free to join, so as part of promotion then the casino should also make it effective (not only to give money away).
The question, is any game contributing 100% towards wagering requirement or just slot games which count 100%?
If all games contribute 100%, I think it is not that hard to complete 2x wagering requirement.

I actually gave an explanation regarding the situation several posts below shirin's, as well as wrote extensively on his thread. And no, it's not about them "just wasting time", they needed to be sure that everything is good, in relation to what they suspected happening to shirin's account.
And yes, long story short, that situation is resolved with the player regained full access to their account.
