The match between SRH and MI will be remembered for a long time. SRH batters ripped apart the MI bowling attack. They scored the highest-ever score by a team in the IPL history. Plenty of records were broken in the match. I feel for RCB fans; their team's highest score in the IPL was the only thing they cheered about

I was surprised by Hardik Pandya's captaincy in the match; his bowling changes were pathetic. He was clueless and kept Bumrah for Klaasen while the SRH top order destroyed the bowling lineup. Bumrah should have bowled more overs in the power play. MI could have chased the target, but Cummins's 2nd spell took the game away from them. Those over along with an over of Unadkat broke the MI momentum.
MI should revisit its strategy, and Hardik should be more proactive as a captain.

Hardik must have gotten good money to move back to MI but I the way he's performing (whether it be as a captain, or as a batter) and how public has reacted to his transfer, he was better off in GT. knowing the game is not a criteria that you’re going to win the contest - we have already seen matches that we were sure that the team we were sure would win still lose at the end. I saw an amazing match yesterday. Head, Abhishek Sharma, Klaasen batted madly in the entire innings. The target of 278 runs was a huge target for Mumbai. SRH is off to a flyer. After winning the toss MI asked SRH to bat first. Travis Head is smashing MI bowlers all around the park. After the powerplay, SRH are 81/1. Head made his fifty in just 18 balls. They are going exceptionally well. I am surprised again today by Pandeya's captaincy. Bumrah should be given the first over because everyone knows that Head is the most destructive batter up the order, and his wicket would have certainly put SRH on the back foot. MI needs a wicket very badly here. So far, it has been an entertaining innings from the Head.
