From what you have said, you won that amount of money as a result of the free spin bonus you were given by the casino and you fulfilled all the kyc requirements as you have said but I still have this question to ask you because to the best of my knowledge, most casinos demand that every member who won from a bonus must wager some certain percentage of what they had won before they could be able to make a withdrawal and here I have not heard you say anything about you wagering and I ask did you read the bonus requirements before making use of the bonus or before withdrawal?

Can you go and lock this thread immediately and use this thread as your complaint thread because what you are doing is spamming which is not commendable as such, you face the chances of that thread being deleted and your account likely tagged a spammer by mod or members of this platform. Do well to follow the steps to lay your complaints as examples have highlighted which you can see for yourself because members can only hear you out when you have something tangible at hand to back up your claims.
