OP, do I understand that the address is different from the one you use to deposit to your BC account? It might be wise to provide them with the same address, it might help with the process.

BC.GAME again?

Well, I am not surprised, and as I said a few months ago, they are always known for the bad deeds in this forum and they are the most popular in this regard which makes it so pathetic. It is better to deal with them cautiously. Even if they are right in some cases, their approaches are so wrong.

Back to you, I believe that they cannot permanently lock your account for the suicidal remark if you didn't threaten something like that. Though they might still be using that as an excuse. What baffled me is that the money is small, why then let themselves into a mess like this due to a small amount? Even if you threaten to commit suicide, locking your account shouldn't be the only thing they should do but also give back all the money with them. That is the only way they can be justified in this case.

I advise that you keep mounting pressure, they should cough out your money. This can only be termed a Scam if it is true as you narrated it. Just move to another casino that will treat you nicely.

Umm... do you... read the thread before posting? They do initiating a refund, no need to mount any pressure.

After posting on the main thread and now on this thread, everything seems to be resolved and one more step away is receiving the funds OP. Then, everything else is solved already. Good point that has been made by the rep and that's on how to take care of yourself OP. That's actually a sign of being addicted when you just spit some words that you shouldn't say that threaten your life or you don't usually say it. Anyway, I wish that you'll also change that attitude and I hope that it's not yet too deep of what you're experiencing.

bitcointalk username of the OP doesn't fit on his status. 😂😂 Anyway, kudos to BC.game for promptly resolving this issue. It's very rare to see casino support representative here on BitcoinTalk addressing this kind of problem so quickly. I think the OP just shared his feelings without intending to take any actual action. So OP, next time think before you post anything in the chat. This should be a lesson learned for you.

it looks like the OP really does have some issues going on and needs to get himself some professional help. I mean, who the hell says that when being asked for KYC verification?

If the Op of this thread was asked to present where he stated that he was going to commit suicide, I’m sure he would have argued against it and claim that he never said anything like that.

I have seen lots of users say different things in chat – I don’t just know if they are being sarcastic or if they’re serious, but I guess blocking the account was the best decision from bcgame.

Take this one for example ->

@BC.Game Support +1 for you swift response to this case.

anyway, @OP after you provide your USDT (TRC20) Address to BC.GAME support, would you mind confirming whether you have received the funds?

I believe you understand the situation rather wrongly. OP made that statement in their chatbox [the context behind it is still unknown] and prompt BC to take action of their GamblerProtect act, thus instantly blocking him. This is where OP said he's suddenly got locked out and asked to do KYC, so OP did not said that because he's asked for KYC, he was asked for KYC "because" he said that.

KYC was required for an exclusion to take effect, to help platforms prevent people who are on their exclusion list from creating second account to bypass the block.

What happened: i have used bc game since  6 to 7 month,
And im playing game Suddenly  my account  has been  log out then when im trying to log in my account  they are asking for verification,

Then I'm  contact with live support  team, here is the conversation:

As a result they suggest me to sent mail to support and i have send all my information  to support. After few hours they replied : (account was permanently locked due to suicidal threats that concerned us.)

After that's when i reply  this  mail to send back my last deposit but they are ignoring, and not replying my mail.

My last deposit  screen short:

I have deposited  almost  300$ in that day.

Please help me

Quoting and reuploading all of your images through talkimg for better and easier to understand context.

May I know where do you made the self-harm threat that's being referenced by their security team here? While communicating with the live support regarding the KYC process [and not captured on the screenshots provided above] or in the chatbox or somewhere else, perhaps?

Casino has duty of protecting gamblers, and upon seeing risk of gambling addiction or other self harm behavior, they should take action to try to circumvent further damage. What happened here is most likely their GamblerProtect act kicking in. I'll try to notify their representative to give their side and [with your consent] the proof of this self-harm threat you made.

If your deposit is rightfully yours and was not lost yet in any game, I think they are more than okay to return them to you.

It's hard to believe that this is why your account was closed. account team here may give us a better answer, but I think it's because your latest transaction or you break some TOS conditions.
They have an active campaign and pay more than $300 per week, so it is unlikely that you will be scammed with this amount.

It's closed due to the Gambler Protect clause kicking in, OP threaten to... do a self harm, probably related to gambling addiction.

Edit: Representative has been notified, and case has been added to The List

where is the scam? they are just applying their ToS and probably something has been highlighted by their security system. I would not focus too much on just one site (unless there are peculiarities on it that you choose to bet here). However we don't know "full story". If you have a problem with gambling, get help or just try to change your gambling habit.

I am not trying to side with BC.GAME or anything but did you actually threaten them with self-harm? because they wouldn't have used that as a reason to lock an account if you didn't threaten them with self-harm.

After that's when i reply  this  mail to send back my last deposit but they are ignoring, and not replying my mail.
I'll PM their representative on what can be done about your last deposit. but I am not sure if you can get it back if you have gambled all of it before they ask you to perform KYC.
