money making is a big part of BCT... it's not a fault , everyone wan to make money.... that's why most of us are here now !

But the merits source is now controlled by cabinet!  It's not by laws but by man.... That's what I'm talking about !

See your reply itself has the answer  that is what I'm trying to say this merit system, banning is all because you all are considering signature campaign as a income and because of that spam was increasing. As long as people consider signature campaign as their income more regulations will be added.

So if this is a pure tech forum, let's only talk about tech details here, most post will be very "Valuable", and the whole forum will be very SEO friendly!
But it's also a economic forum...let's go straight to the point...it's also a money making forum, so "signature campaigns " is very important here, for everyone!

I complain not because I'm not here since 2010,,, just because the rank upgrading been controlled by man...

what we need is a strict rule for new campaigns to prevent scam... but not a nonsense merits system !

Wait a second i don't think you understood the whole idea about the merit system.
Firstly regarding this :

Merit system doesn't ban you from posting the forum had never really banned anyone even if they were spamming  or have red tag. You can still post one liners or burst post as long as you are not in any signature campaign.

Who told it is unfair for new members they can still make account and discuss if they wish to do so or crying about the fact you can't join signature campaigns anymore well this is a forum it is meant for discussion all the  signature campaigns are just a bonus for users posting and advertising for the company.

Firstly stop complaining about mods and legends they have been in this forum for year even in 2010 when no one even gave a shit about btc or about this forum , that time there were no signature campaigns , no one paid them the hosting and domain charges they paid from there income they never complained or bragged that they have been running this forum from their own funds without any revenue, then what makes you say they don't deserve to join any bounty.
And speaking of merits there are a few threads around if you feel you make quality posts give them the link you can get merits.
Stop crying you can't make a income from forum it's just additional bonus go get a real job.

Agree with you that Merit system is not clean and clear now. But they have right to do that, we have no right. They just build and public merit system, as they want, no vote, no beta version, no member idea...

If you owned a company, who will make the rules there ? You or your employees ? This is a privately pwned forum and you have to follow the rules whether you like them or not. Some people will say that if members are not taken care of, then they will leave and the forum will die. But we forget that there are other things to take care of. What if those advertisers start leaving this forum because the posts here are useless and repetitive. Who will pay for the server and staff costs then ? Thus, an admin may have to take some harsh decisions like this from time to time.

what is quality post? Is BTC a pure technical forum or a economic forum ? or both ?
I have asked the same questions under many other threads, what is "quality posts" in BCT
The cryptocurrecy will die without tech support, and also BCT will die without those new projects, even it's shit coin!

2: Are you sure those mods and legends will give you merit?
I believe some of them will... and also believe that most of them will not !   Just my opinion, selfish but true!
Some of the mods and legends in bct contributed a lot , but many others never contributed, they are legends just because they'v been here several years ago !

3:  Mods and legends now monopolized the resources!
It's not new members fault... they are new, but also need to be treated fairly！ Mods and legends can join bounty freely, and have the ability to control the whole projects now !
The merits' source is now been controlled, the rank upgrading is ruled by man, not by law!

Merit is not good way to make BCT clean...BCT need a good rule for airdrop/bounty program, but not a monopolized rule for new members !
