the problem here is that there is not really such a thing as good method, soon or late you always get hit. may takes minutes, hours, days or weeks but in the end you go over your limit.
only advice is to play with money that you can risk easily to lose. and already consider it as a hobby. i read once about somebody who was laying down 3-3 correct Scores, he did very well.
