This is true, unfortunately. Most of ICO where and will be simple money grabs. Nothing more.
I truly don't get it how people still think it is a good idea to invest, where time has shown that this is just another way of making a few people rich. Times when ICO's where profitable for the masses are long gone, this is all a train wrack now.
It is better to seek for already running, prosperous projects with good user-base and future ahead.
Hundreds of ico's have fallen and there is still a long list to go, I think it is best to focus on existing and well established ones.
Not to mention erc20... O boy, that's yet another story.

the advantages of ICO are enormous if the ICO they run is fully successful, but a few new whales are losing out due to lack of accuracy in choosing ICOs that really offer benefits. new users have no basis in choosing a good ICO because of their lack of knowledge, they can not blame anyone. they must be fully prepared if what they face is a loss.

That is a fact. The thing is that majority of investors do not actually have any idea about investing and all they do is to just see a flash of a project that looks good and then invest in them. Even with the quality and legitimate ones, there is no guarantee they will end up successful, but the idea is for it to be a long term investment anyway without placing too much emotions into them.

If you are capable of managing to think like an investor, your decisions when investing will determine your reaction in the long run.

Yes, investors are more and more, they come here rumored and think that almost any ICO will bring them profit, they do not even try to study the project. But in the end for most of them this is a great disappointment

This is true because it is like blind trading where you do not know how it will end. ICO is good but you have to expect worst also.

I believe most investors are actually fooled not because they did not prepare for the worst, but just because they are foolish. It is one thing to invest in a solid project with a great team and hoping for the best, and even if the worst happens, it is an investment but at least you made some due diligence to have prevented it.

On the other hand, those who are so gullible and naive, just always end up investing as a novice that they are when it comes to investment, and either ends up not doing some proper diligence only to end up investing in scams, and sometimes even gets greedy and invested what they could not afford to lose.

The ICO space in itself is risky since so far, there is no form of regulation, and not taking that into note as an investor is actually a very bad thing to do and makes such a person vulnerable to being screwed most of the time. In as much as we prepare for the worst, it should at least be something that has to do with some factors beyond our control and not something we could have been able to avert.

Lot of scam projects are available in the market so few projects only successfully survive in the market. I think it is too risky investment but few peoples are make good profit. First we must read the white paper and road map of the project then only we should identify the exact information of the Project. Finally we should analyse the right platform in ICO.

The ICO market is only at the beginning of its development. It's really a lot of scams on the market that doesn't have the tools to regulate. But time will put everything in its place. I believe that there will be promising projects that will bring more income when implemented than as a fraudulent scheme.

Investing is a high risk way of raising our money so we should be careful in investing especially in ICO, We should never invest anything that we cant completely afford to be gone like a bubble. Investing is just like gambling, we dont know if we will earn some or lose some, but if we do not try,, We will not have a chance of becoming rich..
