No. That's what's called a "bull trap". Happens every bubble.
Other way round. A bear trap is when the price falls and is expected to continue falling, but then stalls or corrects upwards again.

Wow your definitions. Bear trap is when you sell thinking the price will drop but, it goes back up. Usually its after a downward trend starts to develop. In this case there was a big rebound.
