And this is why i am learning solidity for my project. I am javascript developer before and it is not ao hard to learn another language. I bought many tutorial for solidity on udemy and i hope i can be expert on this field. And i agree that blockchain developer is the next most wanted developer on earth now as many start up using blockchain for its backend.

Think that knowing solidity is already enough to make you rich,friend of mine is doing smart contracts with it and is killing it.And its not like its hard to find job with it,according to him problem is time needed for doing it and they have to turn down customers all the time because of filled schedule

That might be one of the good ways to get rich in crypto but being a good developer takes years, so switching from unrelated job to that is not much possible.

If we all understand block chain programming, the world is rich. Who would keep his nose to the grindstone? It will be helpful to future investment.

well gaining knowledge is important but technology is ever changing so we need to learn from day to day changes as well blockgeeks.com we can learn well  about blockchain courses

Indeed blockchain industry is a fascinating industry, but do not know where to train the blockchain programming expertise? Does anyone know it?

You'll need background in programming to start, quite a few books out there for Ethereum which cover the ideas behind smart contracts and Solidity development:

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Ethereum&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3AEthereum

For other platforms which lack books, you'll need a good understanding of blockchain and smart contracts, from there you can use their online resources, 2 examples:

Neblio = https://nebl.io/learn/
Neo = http://docs.neo.org/en-us/sc/introduction.html

You don't need a course or some one to teach you, books and online material will get you further, you can use technical forums for help if you get stuck also.

You are completely right, knowledge about blockchain is very hard to get now. Developers can earn a lot of money on blockchain because there are very few of them

You need to learn programming in general before moving on to the blockchain side, as for what language to learn I would say this isn't the question, the experience level you'll need as a developer to get hired for a blockchain project would suggest you can adapt to new languages with enough ease.

Programming is constantly evolving, the approach, languages used and technologies involved always change, it's a field where you have to be able to keep up with the times and evolve with it, some one with 10 years experience in programming and no blockchain experience would be in a better position than some one with say 1-2 years programming experience and knowledge about blockchain in my eyes.

A lot of the new platform coins are using mainstream languages like C# and Java to create smart contracts, the issue with Ethereum is the requirement for Solidity which as of now isn't too common.

I'm a big fan of Neblio for it's ease of use and broad support, NEO is a good one too.

This is one field that i wish i had skills in. Not only earning money at the office, there are so many private contracts that you can take up so you can work at home in the evenings as well. Or even create your own project with other developers.

Coding is just not part of my sstrenght but with the increase in the number of ICO projects entering the space now, there will certainly be a great demand for them. I read that some big banks and corporations are looking into blockchain and will need expert in this area good time to be a blockchain developer

You know what being a blockchain developer is really needed today especially that the digital currency is rising also...  If we learn a lots about i think its a good experience if we learn about it... Though you will need a very huge knowledge about it...  Being a Blockchain developer is really difficult but if we want to study it because today this work is really in demand we will pursue it...  As for today we need a lots of resources to deepen our knowledge about it...

Currently I'm learning programming but i must confess that resource to learn about blockchain programming is very limited that's why this industry is lack of this programmer. And those who experience in blockchain programming are just too bussy or something so they can't teach or atleast write a book.

Is anyone know a website or ebook that we can learn more about blockchain programming?
Resources are one of the most important things here. And almost the average person who wants to create blockchain experience resource constraints. If the learning module may have its ebook on the playstore. You can search for it yourself.

Blockchain is on hype on the internet because of the gain popularity of Cryptocurrency I really think it is normal that even in the upwork site there are ICO's that are hiring developers to simply make their own project in the Cryptocurrency industry I really hope it will have many more ICO's to come but only the legit ones because we can not be so sure if that kind of ICO will be successful at times or ending up just another scam.

It is obvious that blockchain developers gain a lot. What I want to know is which steps should I make to become blockchain developer and solidity programist? Should I learn another coding language?

Yes maybe by becoming a blockchain developer you can get rich, but do you already know how to become a blockchain developer?
If yes means wealth is in your hands.

But how to become a dev?

You need to know computer science before you can code blockchain.  And only very intelligent people can do that.  You need to understand how to code in a few basic languages like C, C++ most likely before you learn the newer ones, because there is much more available on those.

WPP ENERGY - BACKED ASSET GREEN ENERGY TOKEN
If you have the ability to do this I think you will quickly become a millionaire. With today's booming Blockchain technology, they need people with in-depth knowledge of Blockchain to run their projects. Try to achieve what you dream.

Yes, I agree. I am kinda a developer (beginner C++, intermediate JAVA, advanced PHP...)
But I am not sure which platform to choose for development.
Something like ERC20, NEO or a native language.
And another question, where can I find tutorials?
Solidity is a good pick, many languages use existing languages to code smart contracts(ie Lisk and JS, NEBLIO and Java etc) so knowing fundamentals and quirks of each coin's code base is equally important to learning a whole new language.
