He's Announcing the Formation of a $1 Billion Blockchain Investment Fund." Which from the email is to start today 21/12/2018 the bitcoin address embedded in the email is 1DD1Vryc1LKP6hC8Wfavd5HYZpKemZeAmG (no fund received as of posting).
