I have realized that sometimes investors do not just go into investing in a business they have no knowledge about. They are most times deceived to doing that just because they have cash and are desperate to invest without conducting due diligence on the business. Maybe they trust the business because it was introduced to them by their allies and at the entire end they end up falling for scam because they trusted the source through which they got the business link from.

Many investors has been deceive into investing in scams either by direct means of trying to scam them or those introducing the business to them didn't know it was a scam business and they also got scammed which is why we shouldn't be believing everything we see on the internet. There's a lot of scam than real project and that's because scams are easier to sell to individuals as they get interested when you let them know they can make a fortune by small capitals.

It doesn't matter who's coming to give you the information, unless it's your financial advisor that would had done several findings to make sure that's the better investment decision for you still don't trust them hundred percent because they're humans and can make mistakes.

In this case, knowledge becomes the basic provision for someone who will explore Bitcoin. It takes knowledge to invest in Bitcoin, not just a dream to earn a lot of money. but also a lot of effort for it

yes, I agree with what you said, because it is true that investing in BTC without knowledge is, of course, very dangerous because it can potentially cause huge losses. and also in investing in btc, we must continue to be diligent in reading and watching the news so that our insights continue to increase because after all, investing in btc must add insight continuously, don't stop. I think the topic that the op made is very good and I hope it will be of use to us and all.

Before investing in cryptocurrencies, it is important for an investor to acquire investment knowledge. It is mandatory for an investor to know where to invest, where investor will be able to avoid related risk, and which Investing sectors is more risky. Otherwise his investment may fail. There are some investors who think their job is done just by investing but that should not be the attitude when it comes to investing in Bitcoin.
Before investing in Bitcoin

Of course it is important for a person to acquire technological knowledge. In particular, it is important to know how Bitcoin is operated and how it is stored. If a person does not acquire the necessary knowledge before investing in Bitcoin, he is in danger of losing a large amount of assets. Some investors focus only based on the profit of Bitcoin but they do not give more importance the fact that there is also a high possibility of loss. Therefore, before investing in Bitcoin, you must know all its aspects with utmost importance.

knowledge is number one which of course must be prioritized, not even just investing in bitcoin but in all the jobs we want to go for, of course, knowledge must be prioritized because without extensive knowledge of course the business will have the potential for greater losses.

what you said is true op that indeed for people who are going to invest in btc knowledge must be prioritized first so that the investment is carried out as expected.

I came across a post made on this forum by someone that says he has $20k for investment as such he was looking for people to advice him on how to go about it, for me it was actually a bad idea consorting everyone for investment advice because you could be lured by scammers to invest on a shitcoin as such loosing all your money because of lack of knowledge about Bitcoin or any investment in general, as someone that has no idea on investment I think the first thing was research google to learn more and also the risk involves. so I was thrilled to create this topic, so everyone could help by sharing there own knowledge on what someone that has no knowledge about investment should no before venturing into.

I may not be the right person for investment advice that's why I'm asking everyone to share their advice, views and knowledge incase something like this should come up, so people could learn and no what must be done before going into investment.

Obtaining Knowledge is always a must. That’s the reason if you don’t have prior knowledge before investing, then it’s better to just stop investing because you will never be in profits in the end. However, relying from other people’s advices or ideas may not be good since instead of making you profit, you might only end up being lured and fall easily to their scammer’s trap.

It is very good that one acquires knowledge and information before venturing into the business they desire otherwise the same speed they use in entering that business is the same speed they would make heavy loss and times two of that speed they use in running out of the business too.So if you would need to be on the safe side, one would make out time to study and get knowledge of what they are investing in.

It takes knowledge to invest in Bitcoin, not just a dream to earn a lot of money. but also a lot of effort for it. Being knowledgeable can make someone invest wiser, more carefully, and precisely with smart decisions. Armed with this knowledge, at least we can analyze market trends, market timing, and various Bitcoin market situations. So that we can better understand when to buy and when to hold and sell.

Do you think that asking that kind of question is a bad idea? This is ridiculous because you think the person asking the question might not be knowledgeable enough to different between someone giving there own opinion and a scammer tying to lure him?
You should not see things from that perspective because asking questions about something you might not have clear idea about is good than good to use search engines where you can see fake ads claiming to be of help to you and if one is not smart enough, things might go wrong.

You are never correct in you opinion and I would want you to think scrupulously before coming here to write things that are not ethically correct. Using search engines can even be misleading and attempting.

If you set your purpose to invest and reap maximum profits, then being highly known is certainly a must so you will know how to reduce the risk of losing your investment, and the risk of losing your capital. However, that is just the beginning, with knowledge you should start developing your own knowledge and strategies, and mastery of them will always depend based on your various experiences. If you do them consistently and with a right attitude, bitcoin investment will never end as failure but a big success.

Many people who asked investment questions on this forum are not stupid, some had the ideas in them and even the answer but just want other people to support, correct, and advise them more on what to do. I'm not disputing the fact that some scammers might be on the lookout to lure naïve people.
When someone invests, of course he must have in-depth knowledge of the investments he is making. Now in this forum there are lots of topics that are very useful for digging deeper into what Bitcoin is and how to invest properly and even in what ways are appropriate to apply in our investment patterns. Indeed, everyone needs to learn and I myself always follow the existing developments related to Bitcoin from our seniors in this forum. Nothing is impossible if we really want to understand the right steps in investing. Actually everyone will support the decision you will take and that is a form of harmony that can lead to a confidence for us to invest in Bitcoin.

Like a beginner or he really doesn't know how to invest properly maybe the knowledge that I can transfer is investing with the DCA strategy where you can accumulate Bitcoin gradually be it every week or every 10 days and it all depends on the strategy you make.

While you are right about the fact that you're susceptible to getting screwed over when you ask other people for advice. It's pretty obvious too, like, in a sea of people telling you to diversify your portfolio among bitcoin, litecoin, or whatever the fuck is the hottest cryptocurrency today, and then all of a sudden you see one guy recommending shitcoin5000 which is a "booming project with 400X profit potential" I mean at that point it's pretty obvious that it's a blatant scam yeah?

so while I still advocate for acquiring knowledge first before investing in bitcoin, it doesn't hurt to ask for people's advices too, it's all a matter of finding which people to trust and which ones to avoid, and with the merit system in this forum being a good indicator of this, you can't go wrong!
Lots of things which it would be able to altered out your initial plans and targets on which you cant really be that able to sure that you would be able to stick into your plans solidly on which it would really be that
just normal that there might be some possible alterations of those  decisions you had made earlier just because your mind tells you that those idea's are really that considerable and a good one.

It would really be just that recommended that if ever you would really be making out some investment then it would really be just right on having that proper knowledge on which on the time that you do dive
in then it would really be that suggested on having that proper knowledge. You cant really just engage without having these kind of things because you would definitely lose money instead.

You would be basically be doing gambling in the first place if you wont really be applying any analysis on whatever investment decisions you would be making.

I am glad that you understand the fact that it is not important but necessary to gain knowledge before getting into Bitcoin investment. Bitcoin investment in exciting and highly rewarding. But it carries risks. So without proper knowledge and research, one can not be successful in this. People thinks that, just by investing by hearing this and that profit coming from Bitcoin investment, they will also make same profits. While the reality is very harsh.
People can take away everything from you except knowledge. That's the one thing that will stay with you for forever. No one will be able to take that away from you. Gaining knowledge should be our first priority in life. Learn the basics, try it out, gain experience from your knowledge. Then again gain knowledge from your experience, and the cycle of knowledge and experience should go on. So in order to gain experience, it is better to start low and target the higher one as you move forward.
This will increase your skills and you will be in less losses if you mess up. Then you can start again. Also invest only what you can afford to lose. That will keep your emotions in check. Follow these basic rules and you will be a better investor in no time. It's all just following the simple rules and stick to it.

If you are making any investment then you should have basic knowledge about it like why it will grow in future because we are investing with the aim of making some profits over our capital. But there are some people who jump into under the influence of whole market like when the prices are surging you will see lot of people moving towards it with greed factor but they don't have knowledge about it which is risky move.So we should always know about what we are into not only about Bitcoin.

Some people invest in Bitcoin because of FOMO, not really because they have a good idea of what Bitcoin is really all about. That's the reason why you see some people buying Bitcoin even at a very high price. Note: I am not referring to every Bitcoin investor, but for some of them, they will invest in Bitcoin when the price has risen because some are bullish, and they would just want to rush in and take profit at the peak of the market, but sometimes they get disappointed. Some investors bought Bitcoin when the price was $60k, and if you ask some of them, they will tell you that their reason was to make a quick profit if the price was able to reach $80k or $90k that same year, but they got disappointed. Every Bitcoin Investor should know that the best time to invest in Bitcoin is during a bear market.

Lack of money to invest in Bitcoin is the only thing that can make someone spend time on learning about Bitcoin, and that is if they found Bitcoin to be interesting, if everything is money to you, the patience won't be enough and you will want to get into business straight away, but lack of money can help you slow down and you will end up reading and reading to know and understand what's happening with Bitcoin and how people are really making money through Bitcoin, actually I am using my own past experience to give advice here, there are possibilities that I would have make many mistakes in crypto space if I don't take my time and started my journey when I don't have money to invest.
But I think there are cases of people having all the money to invest but they still remain cautious to putting their money into bitcoin investment either because of the lack of proper knowledge in what you are actually putting your money.

These people does know how investment works and how i should me approached but there are lots of people who just jump into the investment due to hype of other people which often resulted in a a negative ending where the one who immediately invest is trapped in the volatility of Bitcoin and often times gave up their investment by selling the holdings at a lost.

Bitcoin is currently spread and taught to many people out there without the proper basic of it the whole volatility aspect which can make some of these people invest without hesitation thats if the funds is actually available like you said.

We can blame this kind of event to people who are just explaining the pros while hiding the cons just to make their target to invest in Bitcoin without digging any dipper.

Coming back to this topic, and I agree with everyone, being knowledgeable before investing is an advantage, but most people do the opposite. They rush to invest through the advice of others without doing any research first. It is not until they lose and lose money that they really start from scratch with knowledge.

Sometimes it is best they have a first hand knowledge and experience when such people who fail to hid to advise by doing research and learning about the investment they desire to go into. People of that nature do not learn properly until they have seen things from their mistakes and what annoys me most about them is that they sink huge amount of money into business depending on mere words by some fake con men who pretend to be business expert looking for investors for their business. I have come to realize that most of these so called money bag tend to ignore business advise not until they had  hit the ground that is when they tend to sit up by doing the needful.

I saw the guy post and I don't think the guy did well of coming to the public for such. That amount of money to invest in Bitcoin is a huge amount. And as you said, a fraudster might corner him and chats him up to invest on some Ponzi schemes and collect all his money. I was not also in support of coming to the public and tell the public that he has such amount of money and was looking for an advise to invest. Scammers use different methods to lure people to scam them. As it is said before by other users that, investing in Bitcoin is not hard as trading. You just open a trustworthy open source wallet and buy any amount of Bitcoin and store it there.
Scammers are very subtle that they can deceive you to give them the money so they can use it to invest for you.
Be wise when dealing with the public. There are good and bad eggs.
With this type of approach, this man is only putting himself at risk of losing especially when he publicize that he’s got a huge amount of money and that he’s looking which best coin to invest. Seems like that he’s really innocent on what he’s doing, one thing that we should never do and let other people know since they will use it against us by taking advantage of our weakness just to steal our money from us. The reason why knowledge is a must before investing, not just for bitcoin but to all uncertain investments that need knowledge and investment strategies to make it successful.

I also saw the guy posted that but is what he said true? I don't believe a person with a large amount of money to invest is so naive and stupid, I don't believe that story even though I don't know what his real purpose is.
