Their ICO was back in 2017-early 2018, they payed small bounty and their product is trash, so I wouldn't recommend you to support their token in either way.

Beluga pay has been raising funds for it's project for almost a year. My thought on lingering ICO is this, if an ICO delay and find it difficult to raise money, I stay clear of such project. The project that delay usually do not turn out well!
The next project after the Beluga program is complete is there any intention or plan from the team to support the price of Beluga tokens will be the same as at ICO? Don't get like another project left by the team after the sale is finished

I got my Beluga Pay Banking Infrastructure Token from the ICO two days ago. Now i‘m only waiting for the bounty, but I got my token!
2 more days before beluga crowdsale ends, they already pass thier soft cap which is good when starting a project.
Beluga Pay has a positive rating from well known ICO reviewer, do not discredit or accuse something without proof. I have been supporting the project from very beginning of its campaign. The team of Beluga Pay are good people and willing to answer any questions you throw.

Its a good project and somewhat similar to pundix, they have their crowdsale open since a long time, i do not know what is their funding target, by now they should have closed the tokensale and came up with their product.
