I am currently not very interested in the airdrop program and I see currently the airdrop program is not too big to give to the participants, so I rather avoid airdrop and choose bounty program.

There are a few telegram groups and some threads in the forum. Just do a search and you will find all those resources that you need. Google and Bitcointalk search are your friends.
