Still like Nem but i guess it will take some time (years) before it reach its full potential Smiley

I like NEM / XEM now because they have strong community support. There are also mre traders in Polo and price is not yet stable. It has also a good roadmap hope this coin will stay in the long run.

The best altcoins to invest are in top 20 at coinmarketcap.com
Don't look past the great 20, there are good reason they are on top, above the rest of also-runs.
Ripple is an exception to this rule, don't buy it.

There are 5 very interesting alts in top 20, and another 5 alts are pretty interesting.
You should get exposure to 5-10 alts for best results. Scour their communities, githubs to assess devs, trading volumes and price action histories. These are all necessary to pick the best 5 from top 20, and maybe a little of the next best 5 if you still got free time to follow them.

yes, good advice

I prefer Lisk for now, it is low priced and really amazing potential, i believe it will be fastest growing coin after ETH
I would rather put my money in Steem. It seems that big pump is just starting up and it would be nice to catch it.
And another thing about Lisk - you can't mine it and I am not sure about future potential growth of this coin.

Steem devs pump price with ICO founds, it has big influence on price right now, but not for long, steem will be another pump and dump coin.

About lisk: ICO founds not touched yet, with supply 9.5M USD, they invented side chain and you are "not sure about future potential growth of that coin"

I like XDN a lot but it needs some love that's for sure. has active devs and great features like crypto messaging and its the first coin to have block chain deposits that the devs are working to tie proof of activity in with. the network hash rate is a bit low but as more people get on board that will change. when proof of activity is finished XDN is going to be huggge and for the price right now you cant lose. if you prefer a more popular coin though id say DCR is a good bet or EXP

I think most profitable altcoin as of now if you can hold for long term litecoin and dogecoin.. but i just choosing well know altcoin because if you invest in new releases altcoin its so risky and it may lose your investment better to check coin marketcap to choose the old altcoin that you can make a profit for holding it for a long time..

Oh.. was that what we're talking about ?

@Judge-Dredd
Was that a retort ?
You think you got one over on me NOOBY ?

Well chew on this kid..
I asked you a question because your topic was vague
as are all the others just like this posted every day.

And i quote..

A couple of these topics daily  Roll Eyes

If you are using the same name at Cryptsy i am surprised you are asking playing noob.
I seen your name on the Troll box there for 3 years..
About a month after Cryptsy opened.

Also a few of us suspected your name OP is an alt-name of Horus.
Which Horus has never denied..

So is a Crypsty staffer here asking Noob "spam" questions ? LOL

I was here a matter of hours ago and already posted back to one of these topics.

So WHY are you mining ?
What is the point ?
Quick dumping for Bitcoin ?
Or are you a coin supporter or what ?

Every one of these same topics posted daily ask the same VAGUE question.

..let me guess "profit" ?  Roll Eyes

So ..am i paranoid or astute in pointing out your vague spammy stupid topic ?
I choose the later and am in the lead with winning retorts son.
Know what league your in kid Wink

Hi All,

I'm looking for some community input on the best altcoin to invest in. Already have some money in bitcoin. Don't feel like reading through thousands of pages here.

-Looking for something with lower volatility
-Looking for something that may be worthwhile to mine (with an S7 or some GPUs)

Thanks!

Well, you are not going to get reliable analysis and solid no shill tips for free. I have good results using klee's service https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/pnf-ta-1064374 all you need to do is follow the team on Slack, forget about wading through bitcointalk.

Thank you for the input everyone.

Also @Spoetnik, who are you and what the hell are you talking about? I added a hyphen to my name because the one I wanted "JudgeDredd" was already taken.

Your denial is noted and quoted for posterity.

I think you may be a bit paranoid. Thanks anyway for the bump. I've done research on my own. Was just looking for community input.
