My favourite is currently Malwarebytes. It is definitely the best free malware killer.
i think avira is the best, they have smart protection
I am using Microsoft Security Essential right now, because for me it is more friendly user. Some anti-virus ruin my computer and some of them are erasing some of my application! And I don't want it. So, I am choosing this one. For me it is the best.
avast and malware is the best anti virus.
Smadav is completely antivirus.

I've tried almost every antivirus in the market, Kaspersky/viper/panda/AVG/Eset to name a few; but for me, Avast detection system and database is very stable and powerful. in addition it is very easy to use, the interface is very dynamic. and best off all - it's free!
