Your site has to be below 1m on Alexa I think, or 100k, not sure to be honest.

CPM rate for going ads; Full banner, Rectangle etc.

The big problem though is that some companies work on CPM and others on CPC.

a-ads offer both, CPM and CPC, which is the main reason why I picked them for my project.

Pay per impression (CPM) is the best way to get some money with your website traffic, since any other method will mean you have to spam your visitors to earn a dime.

Do you know any other networks wo do CPM?

I've found MANY CPM sites, but from what I see, a-ads is the one which is the most profitable tbh. Don't waste time looking for other networks. Been there, done that

How about partnering up with advertisers directly? Media buys and such, grab a deal for your ad space. It's probably the best for both parties, cuts off the middlemen. What's your site about anyway? If it's a blog CPCs more preferable IMO.
