I've been building a list of US-accepting crypto casinos for a while now, feel free to use it. It takes some research though, reading through T&C's and trying out VPNs.
From what I've tried, you don't need a VPN to access any of the casinos listed there.
Aside from T&C reading best if you will try to contact the support also for formality and more accurate answer in case they have a sooner plan to change their stand regarding their accepted players.
sometimes the T&C does not updated and the changes had been on the way when we have checked it.
but thanks for the share and checking the sites listed it looks like they are legit though only 2 that i have tried to play so far.

i have previous play at betcoin they accepted use of VPN they paid but betcoin no longer accepted USA player even with VPN.

Can anyone tell me what other legit bitcoin casino that pay fast and safe  thx

As they have already told you before, you must read the terms and conditions when you register, I know it is somewhat cumbersome to read them, but in the case of players in the USA it is necessary to do so. However, if there is no problem, it should be noted that it would be excellent before making a deposit to present your case to the platform's support team to see how they can help you, it may be necessary at times that they require the KYC requirement for possible opportunity. , it can happen, anyway is my advice.

So it is important to read T&C before setting up an account on any gambling website to prepare yourself in advance.

Especially the part of:

- using VPN
...

I was thinking about this today! VPN is like in a gray area, I didn't use it before, I started when I wanted to play Pragmatic slots, and for me the only way to play Pragmatic is VPN!
So, why gray area?! I didn't see any site that officially allows using VPN, we had some discussions here on the forum in some official threads, but I don't remember I saw any concrete answers from casino officials! I searched for a list of crypto casinos that allows VPN, without any results!

If I missed something, please share a crypto casino that allows using VPN, even better if they have that in their ToS! Thanks in advance!

I do not know of a lot of Casinos that actually accepts USA players, but I saw this ==> https://www.onlineunitedstatescasinos.com/casino-deposits/bitcoin/ so I think you should give them at try.

The USA have a lot of Fiat online casinos that are now accepting Crypto currencies, but you have to jump through a lot of KYC/AML verification to join there. My sister has two kids working in the USA and they just gamble at Stake.com via a VPN and they just play with Crypto currencies there.  Wink

It's important to read at least the important details in the terms of services so you'll know the do's and don't of a certain casino site. There are casino sites that allow using VPN and there are also sites that usually ban their players because it's against their rule. If it isn't clearly included in their TOS, you can ask their support directly about your concern.

In this case, I highly recommend that if you use VPN, that it be a VPN that you pay for, because there are many who are grtuitos that do not do the job but instead of VPN are proxies, and that does bring problems because they can block you.

It's a bit risky using VPN on any site because you are indirectly exposing your essential files and you are likely giving hackers a direct opportunity to penetrate your device without security hedge. But I don't think I have any idea about any Bitcoin casino based in the US but you can still do your own research and make good findings so you take responsibility for your losses
Added on that is Most of the gambling sites don't really allow players using VPN because they can hide their personality and can create multiple accounts in which really prohibited in all casino's.
in which the reason of many banning and freezing from this act.
I believe you could ask their supports if they are allowing it. I've been using VPN to access my favorite provider's games very much. I used VPN on Duelbits and Roobet as they allowed it on their contests here.
If you found a casino, be sure to read their T&Cs then asked to their supports regarding the matter.
That is the best action to do, asking them directly instead of just reading the TOS that sometimes we are missing something.
But asking their support and keeping the answer on your side will make you play safer in the end.

I'm curious too which gambling sites that allows users to use VPN, most of the gambling sites doesn't allow users to use VPN due to their terms and condition under their license. I tried to ask Bitsler before if I'm allowed to use VPN and they allow me to use it.
I have never read the terms and conditions of the gambling site where I usually play and I use a VPN to access the site because of restrictions imposed by the internet provider I use. I have been using it for a long time, deposits and withdrawals went smoothly with no problems at all.
The truth is that casinos don't give a damn about where the player comes from as long as he is losing. The problem starts when either the player has won something huge or he tries to cheat the casino in some ways. I am part of a big telegram group where sports bettors talk and I saw a pattern recently, players who were trying to do things like arbitrage were asked for KYC while others who bet bigger than them and are from the same country, were never asked for anything at all because they were losing.

As long as the casino/sportsbook is making money from you, they will have no problem letting you play even from mars but once you try and find a winning formula or get too lucky, there will be problems all around you.

Then don't be surprised when a gambling site freezes your account when you won a jackpot or trying to withdraw a huge amount of money then ask you to verify your real identity and if it does not match with your login credentials then you may face issues. It is very important to read terms and conditions before clicking agreeing to it or else ou will be one of the victim to lose money from your site which even can be your deposit amount.

Most of the issue about the account freeze recently was due to abuse of a promotion. Many user abuse it by using multiple account to claim bonus that's why they always have a conflict when they withdraw there money. It's not wrong to use VPN when you are using it for privacy for purposes and not to dodge country restrictions. That time ToS will gonna impose on the account. But if you don't have a shady activities on your account, there's no need to worry about account freeze.

Here at this point, I am very happy that you have not had problems with respect to withdrawals, deposits from anywhere, even if VPN is used, I do not think they will be thrown back, the problems come when it comes to prohibited countries and with use VPN that in fact in many occasions they do not make the correct use and what they have is a proxy, in that instance many players have had problems, or they usually put them on a special list, for this type of thing I always recommend using a VPN that It is paid, and as for the terms and conditions if it is necessary that you read them before accepting them, even if they are very long, because as they have already told you, many problems can occur, and the least you want is to have a profit and that You cannot withdraw your winnings, that has happened to many, and they are rejected by KYC, as they have previously told you, it is preferable that you take these forecasts so that you continue having fun in a safer way.

So it is important to read T&C before setting up an account on any gambling website to prepare yourself in advance.

Especially the part of:

- using VPN
- supported countries
- restricted regions
- KYC

These are sometimes the reasons why users got banned or restricted from a gambling site especially that restricted regions as they should put that noticed right at the registration but sometimes users from restricted regions, using the IP there can still pass the registration. And much better if they totally removed the access of the site at those regions.

Gambling websites will not block your fund with the excuse of different rules as long as you are in big profit. So it is important to read T&C before setting up an account on any gambling website to prepare yourself in advance. Because you have a chance to win the big amount at any time, and then it will be a difficult situation for you. Most of gambling websites then require verification, and then if you are not among the countries that support that website, you will have problems with verification they will reject your kyc request. So it is better to know the rules in advance.

but if you feel you can't access it in peace, use a gambling site that accepts services for the US and surrounding areas, such as Bitcasino, cloudbet, stakes, etc. there are at least nearly 10 to 15 gambling sites that are still open to US citizens.
These sites you mentioned doesn't accept any gamblers from the USA. I still remember that old case on Cloudbet where they nearly forfeited the winnings of their player due to using a VPN.

Pmalek also made an interesting thread on casinos that blocks specific countries.

Betfury and BC.Games! There's a sportsbook at Betfury, other than that both casinos have a nice selection of games, in-house and third-party providers (slots, table games, etc...). I am using VPN when I wish to play some providers that are not allowed in my country, so not all the time.. and I never had any problems, with cashing out or anything!
By the way, when I turn on VPN I use Germany, and it's how I can play Pragmatic, Play'n'Go, and some others! It works fine, it can be slow from time to time, but just for a few seconds!
