Said he sent the bitcoin to monbux and was asking me for cash my paypal

You can get 10k Facebook page likes a d followers for a few cents on the net, so if you want to establish yourself as a reliable seller then get yourself an escrow here or localbitcoin to prove your not just some pennyless thief
my suggestion for OP is better he make escrow for make his service on this forum, just in case for all members here to stay away from scammer that really much on this forum and we can avoid the worst thing that could happen.
i think if you are the admin on your FB group, why you don't offer your service for your own member? beside that, your member is your friends too and of course you don't want to scam your friend, don't you?

Yes i agree because although the OP is admin on group Facebook, but on this forum he is newbie and if he want make transaction on there he must be trusted on here and not on group of Facebook, and my suggesting for OP to make transaction on here is he must use escrow service because the payment method are reversible services.
