i beleive best are HD 5970 for low budget and you can find used one easialy
and the HD7990 if you have good budget
but i advice you to have 4 used HD 5970

Hey guys. I was wondering which graphics card is the cheapest to buy and gets the highest scrypt hashrate. Most other forums I've found have taken power costs into consideration, but I would like a pure comparison of the price of the card vs the hashrate. My electricity cost is included in the price of my dorm and so I can use as much power as I want at no additional cost. Any input or suggestions will be appreciated
