If there is such a CEX (and you say there is), it's only a matter of time when they will be forced to do what everyone else does, or they will come under attack from all possible governments and their agencies. Also, if they allow users to trade without KYC, be sure they are already monitoring them, because you know some governments (more than others) are very paranoid when it comes to money laundering, terrorist financing, and online crypto scams.

Does anyone know what exchange like binance is that doesn't ask for KYC?

You most likely will not find such large exchanges without KУC, it is difficult because they pay attention to regulators and they simply will not be allowed to work. You can look at MEXC, perhaps the volumes are lower there, but there are quite a lot of trading pairs of all the most popular coins, and they do not require mandatory verification yet, probably after Binance and Kucoin required KУC, this is the most popular exchange in this regard.

Really difficult since they need to comply what regulators asked them to do since if they didn't follow some regulation set by government then provably that their exchange will subject to get ban and declared as illegal. With what OP asked maybe he cannot get reliable exchange since most of reputable ones ask KYC and those platform didn't ask for this requirements remain questionable.

So its still up for OP if he's going with those risky exchange or just comply on trusted exchange.

But for me I'm avoiding those platforms which I think risky since its hard to get scam since there's less chance for us to get back the money lose from those scam platforms.

I have used the Mecx exchange for a long now and I have not passed their KYC. It's a good exchange, and since I last used it, I can trade deposits and withdraws without passing the KYC, but up to a certain level, I mean the amount that I have not reached before. The only place I notice KYC is compulsory is on the P2P side and when you want to deposit with a bank card.

Edit: Oshosondy bit me to the suggestion…

You'll definitely have a limited order when trading either on deposit or withdrawal when you bypasses the KYC of those centralized exchange because the regulatory system can not grant you the accessibility of unlimited transactions simply because the exchange doesn't know you to be there customer yet.
Be sure that you'll be deprived to use lot of its P2P features not until you proceeds on the KYC requirements.

You can use MEXC. I have been using it for like 2 years now. Although when I first registered on the exchange, I did not use it frequently until 3 months ago. I have made several transactions without KYC till now.

What you will also like about the exchange is that it has low trading and transaction fee.
MEXC didn't require KYC in the past, but this policy changed after Binance, Kucoin and some exchanges have problems with KYC, AML on their platforms and with SEC, DOJ.

Months ago, MEXC updated their Terms of Service so that users will have to pass through KYC before are allowed to deposit and withdraw money on their MEXC platform.

First Binance, then Kucoin, Now MEXC is Going FULL KYC: Your Best Alternative
Itwas a rumour. There is no official statement about it from MEXC. People were only circulating rumours about MEXC in the past few months. I am using MEXC and I do not get verified and I withdraw often. My account has a daily withdrawal of 10 BTC. Do not correct someone that is using an exchange. You can not know what they know about the exchange that they are using.

If you want to exchange assets, I recommend using decentralized exchanges. There is a list of decentralized exchanges that you can find here: https://kycnot.me/

In addition, OP also could try using https://orangefren.com/ which list no-KYC or optional KYC centralized exchange along with some DEX, where it also shows best exchange rate.

Agreed! It might be the only CEX that has the lowest transaction and trading fee. I sometimes don't understand how are they able to generate revenue for themselves with so low fees. It is also one of the exchanges where you can find almost all coins with good pair and good volume.

Yeah thats right. I like this exchange since we can use that even without kyc.

Even OP you want higher asset the only thing you need is to trade below min or withdrawal amount for mexc but I think the min is still huge (for me) but if you are a whale maybe the limit isnt enough for you on daily swing.

Surely MEXC not required KYC? I have long time ago not use yet MEXC exchange but have new feature update required KYC for withdrawing and trading activities.
Firstly not required KYC by using MEXC exchange but have limited withdrawal fund in daily days such as another exchange before adopting KYC regulation such as Kucoin exchange. Due many regulation from some countries all exchange right now required KYC because they won't break the regulation of government but I don't know right now ability using MEXC without KYC.

Have risk when using any exchange market without KYC due their regulation not following the government, better use DEX exchange if won't submit KYC for an exchange account but you must pay higher fees for trading transaction and fewest feature by using DEX than CEX exchange.

Yes, as others have mentioned, you can use MEXC without KYC, but there are withdrawal limits. If you exceed these limits or if your account is flagged due to AML policies, you will need to complete KYC verification.

However, please note that all US customers are required to complete KYC verification regardless of withdrawal amounts.
Nice to know about non KYC exchange. Everyone is saying MEXC, maybe I have to try them out now that mempool is going to congest the more as bull run is approaching.

That's pretty risky if you are going to trade on a centralized exchange without verifying your account because anytime they can do whatever they want to your account.

If you want to exchange assets, I recommend using decentralized exchanges. There is a list of decentralized exchanges that you can find here: https://kycnot.me/

Or check Coinex exchange just don't use privacy coins because they will force you to verify KYC once you use any privacy coins listed here: "CoinEx Has Required Mandatory ID Verification for Deposits and Withdrawals of Privacy Coins"

@airfinex

Just keep in mind that even though some centralized exchanges (still) don't have mandatory KYC, they can ask for it at anytime so better be sure that you are only sending amount that you are willing to loose in case they ask for KYC (if you are unwilling to to do it). Or that you are using exchange where you will be willing to do it if they ask.
