Huawei is a superb phone and you can buy that phone if you want something in budget.
smartphone cheapest today is xiomi.because of the features and the quality is very satisfy your w to size as I am.and I hope xiomi can be smartpone most good in the future but in the appeal smartpone other xiomi is not inferior to features full .xiomi many different brands with very affordable prices for people like me.

There are many good phones on the market, so the choice of many people is different, I like iPhone.
In many countries today there are many smartphones with different rates, but most of the needs of different phones are different, so they have newer phones.
I'd recommend Xiaomi phones under $250, they are nice devices for their prices.
The Sony Xperia phones are too amazing and really good and you can go for that.
I have xiaomi 4X for now.... Its cheap (+-150$) and battery 4100..... So he worth it.
