that's real.. There is a full topic to find solutions to avoid this...

No English article for crypto but you can look this article, 11.4 / share section. Its considered like shares so it's included in your personal revenu like work in progressive basis  (0 to 45%) + social cotisation of 16%.

There are some update with new president on tax for 2018, but we dont know if crypto will be included..

Japan is one of the friendliest countries on earth towards Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. Japan is one of the biggest trading hubs on earth concentrating lot of the cryptocurrency trading volume.
Japan was the first bitcoin welcome country and it's normally, they always were on the side of technical progress and new technologies. But I would call Australia as the country where it is better to organise bitcoin based business. After they solved the point with taxation of crypto currencies all the terms for crypto business became just ideal there.
The choice of the country is definitely depends on where you are indeed, and today the list of bitcoin welcome countries is raising. Belarus recently announced that they will become tax free zone for everything that has something with crypto world. For now they did nothing special about it, but the prognosis is really optimistic, so Belarus easily can become the best place for bitcoin based business.

Obviously any countries without tax or very low tax, so not france lol, this is the worst country for this

Why not France ? Only 65% tax rate on gain. Lets go to this country !
The worst are those who ban BTC Wink

65% ? Guys are really crazy in Europe:) Why not give them all? Do you have any link for this tax, I have google but nothing is clear (or not in english).

I think Great Britain. Because British law uses bitcoin as a personal asset. And I heard Circle bitcoin company announced its intention to open an office in London.

Not really impossible to get a Business Bank Account for Crypto Currencies the bank's will run a mile been there, done it and seen it.  If you get caught dealing in BTC or Crypto Bank's will shut you down.

While excellent to do business but no bank will open you a Business Account

I think in Japan is bothering best, I read that btc there is already approved by the government.
my thought exactly considering it already has the regulations in place Japan should not have a problem with a Bitcoin(crypto) Business but i think Singapore does have a conducive business environment.

Hearing so much suggestions on doing Bitcoin business in Switzerland.. I am not quite sure but the last time I checked, I know it has already scrapped the practice of helping the accused people by covering up on their Swiss bank accounts. This is not to speak ill about the Swiss government; please do not get me wrong. What I am trying to say is that before, the Swiss government allow people across borders to deposit monies with guaranteed protection from the same government that whatever money they have deposited will not be open for any investigation regardless of court orders. Correct me if I am wrong?

Nonetheless, I think so too that you can indulge yourself into Bitcoin business in countries that are accepting of it and are more than willing to regulate it rather than ban it all at once.

What are the best countries in the world to start and run bitcoin businesses?  For example, crypto-equity exchanges, bitcoin gambling, sites like purse.io, etc.  Are there any like this that welcome these sort of businesses and can these businesses avoid scrutiny from foreign regulators or do they still have to comply with the regulations affecting their customers?  Thanks!
I think Switzerland is also a good choice, because almost all of the cryptocurrency companies choose to develop in Switzerland, so it seems to me that Switzerland is a good choice.

I think all countries are the best for bitcoin business because of being decentralized that makes all attractive to the community.

What? their are countries who banned cryptocurrency in their banks. So not all of them are accepting bitcoin. Besides only rich countries are the ones adopting it but not all also.

I would choose japan and S. Korea as a country for me if ever my country would not accept bitcoin. Because in those places, bitcoin is their means of profit for their own economy.

HI and welcome to ButcoinForum! Smiley

Some of the Best Countries for Botcoin businesses are:
•|Estonia| (Estonia is well positioned to be a place where a cryptocurrency users can certainly feel welcome.)

•|United States| (Unsurprisingly, the US hosts the highest number of cryptocurrency users and Bitcoin trading volumes in the world.)

•|Denmark| (Denmark was recently voted being the happiest country in the world, and the open mind towards cryptocurrency is just another reason to be happy living in Denmark.)

•|Sweden| (Denmark was recently voted being the happiest country in the world, and the open mind towards cryptocurrency is just another reason to be happy living in Denmark.)

I think your list is exactly wrong for the following reasons:
•|Estonia| A second world country that, if you setup your business here, your company would not be looked upon as legitimate when doing business with 1st world countries

•|United States| Recent Crypto currency taxation law changes unfreindly and overly burdensome.

•|Denmark| Massive corporate tax liability due to there social support systems. Great place to live, not so great for entrepreneurs.

•|Sweden| See Denmark

Seems to me that the perfect country would be a combination of the following:

  • Low or friendly corp/crypto tax policy
  • Business friendly corp regulations
  • Easy Corp Setup process by foreigners
  • 1st world economy
  • Low rate of governmental and corporate corruption
  • Low to no political strife that could cast uncertainty on your business with banks or other corps in other countries

My completely unresearched choices would be (not including Asian countries because I don't know enough about them, but, Japan would definitely not be on my list because opening a corp in Japan as a foreigner is very difficult)

  • Germany - Pros: Very friendly crypto tax policy with a stable 1st world economy and politics, Cons: Social system, somewhat high corp tax, not sure their policy on foreign owned corps
  • Switzerland - Pros: Friendly crypto policies with a stable 1st world economy and politics, friendly to foreign owned corps, Cons: not sure, maybe the same as Germany
  • Ireland - Pros: Economy not doing great but is propped up by EU and proactively marketing to foreign owned corps, friendly corp tax rate, Cons: In the news for shady corp deals (i.e. Apple, Google)
  • Spain - See Ireland

Those are just a few off the top of my head.
