I think Nigeria is the best place and good place for tourist because its more fun over here in terms of tourist because the value foreigners and take care of them well
South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana are all good introduction countries. I'd also recommend Swaziland, Lesotho, Malawi, Uganda, Rwanda. Ethiopia is one of my favorites, very different culture compared to rest of Africa.

I strongly agree with you, Kenya is a good place to go for tourism when you are considering cost, you can get good hotels at cheap right and they foreigners nicely

I think Egypt is one choice for you. I really want to travel there, but I dont have enough time.

I think, South Africa is the best country in Africa for tourism. Because the natural environment is very good there. Sea beach area Capetown is there.
I suggest to go to Kruger National Park.
This national park has hundreds of archaeological sites that have subtropical temperatures. There are about 150 species of mammals, 110 species of reptiles, 500 bird species, and almost all of the great carnivores you can find here.
You can get closer to the wild by registering for safari tours with an open air vehicle. There are many options to stay from camp to bungalow here.

Would be good to do some humanitarian work there to help the poor. Avoid south africa though, too much crime so not worth visiting
