United State is the most gainer country want to banned bitcoin as legal currency transaction.

Indeed. Asking their support will be the best thing that we can do to know if they allow their member to use VPN or not, as some gambling sites will not have a problem with that.
In OP's article.

It is written what casinos do allow VPNs and what were those that he has listed that don't allow it. Asking the support is also fine to know just to be sure and for the sake of your safety. But most of the time, they're indicating it on their support page, faq or terms and agreement.

Using the same IP for our region will cover that and I think that will not give us trouble when playing gambling.
Be careful also about the same IP. Some casinos won't allow that.

Most gambling sites usually ban players that use VPN so it would be better to look for a gambling site that will be more convenient to you and your place of residency. Even if you use a VPN to hide your location, they're still able to detect it so it's better to be sure than to take the risks especially if it will put your capital at risk.
They use VPN because their ISP blocks access to that gambling sites. If the gambling sites do not have a problem for users who use VPN, the site will allow them but if the user wants to withdraw the win money, maybe the site needs more things to prove they are not cheating on their site. If the user just wants to have the experience playing many gambling sites, using VPN will be okay because they do not think about withdrawing the win money. But I consider that search for the other gambling site will be better for the user just in case to prevent the thing that they do not want it in the future.
Using VPN is too risky especially if it's used to bypass the restriction, I would not do that if I'm gambling with a decent amount as there's a risk that my withdrawals will be blocked and they'll investigate my account and once they'll do that, the account will be freeze and there's a possibility that it will be confiscated. That's how risky it is, so if you're willing to gamble on that risk, then you are free to try it.
That is why you do not have to use a decent amount for playing gambling if you use VPN because we only want to have fun and test the site. Maybe before we play, we can read their rules and it is better to contact their support system to ask about using VPN. If they do not have a problem with that, we can continue using VPN. Otherwise, we can search for other gambling sites to play gambling.

Don't worry too much about using a VPN if no mention of it on their TOS. Gamblers can also ask directly for their support for assurance. Just use the IP in the same region. In big winnings, we are not talking about getting over $10,000 or $5,000 winnings here. $1,000 withdrawals for example should be fine and won't have a problem.

Gambling sites won't ask for documents for big winnings but instead big withdrawals. Withdrawing by batches is advisable just to be sure. Don't switch also from one place to another place (random) as a user might end up in a region where that site is strict.

Withdrawing a big amount of money will take their attention and pending our withdrawals because they want to ensure that we do not cheat their system. So maybe we can withdraw for a small amount to avoid the alarm sound.

Correct

Never use the VPN when you are gambling there was a player who won a lot and when he did try to take the funds out his account was frozen and when he asked about it the reason was use of VPN, although they were good and they returned the initial amount.

At the same time this gives the right to the company to freeze your account and if the site is not good you will never see that money again.

Then again you should understand that there are numerous sites accepting US players so the use of VPN is not even essential. Therefore what you can do is, go through them, people already did list a lot so am not gonna repeat it but refrain from things like VPN.

Best of luck

I think of another way. Using VPN is already a common thing that gamblers use and do on crypto-gambling websites. VPN is allowed but only accessing it to the accepted countries. It's not that VPN is used just to hide privately.

If someone is caught using VPN and asks for documents, if the documents are from the accepted countries, then no problem. The suspension will be if that user is from a prohibited country. But that only requires if the users got big winnings and huge jackpot winners.

To summarize, read the terms and conditions about using VPN to become aware.

Nitrogensports has always been decent, everyone has their favorite in the US though

https://www.cryptogamblingsites.com/gambling-country-guides/usa-bitcoin-gambling-sites/

We covered this awhile ago because some players want casino or sportsbook, which are totally different

Also, some people want to use Alt-coins rather than bitcoin, which is just weird but there are some decent ones that do that too

casinos which are totally different ? but how did nitrogen differ from others .
i think im gonna visit your link to know this because im curious and no its not wierd if a gambler prefer altcoins and not bitcoins but its totally normal if they are small time gamblers because sometimes the charge for the fees in bitcoin are high .
i recognize a few gambling sites that are suggested in this thread like fortunejack and nitrogensports and im going to recomend them aswell .

What i want to say is that the use of those 3rd part software isn't appropriate when interacting with gambling apps even if they seems not to take too much care about it for the present or doesn't mention it in their "Terms and Conditions" simply because 'Who knows what might happens'. Please avoid using them !
No matter what we say a lot of people will still use it since gambling sites are sometimes lenient when it comes to their own rules and accepting more players just means more profit to them.

Not at all but its important to read up in regards to their TOS because there are gambling sites that had some restrictions on some countries but most of the time they arent really prohibiting countries
So this is situational or really varies on each gambling site.
I agree, basically it's like ymmv but imo it's better to play without a VPN knowing that you're not breaking any rules.

There are lots to choose from and it would vary on what game you are really tending to hop in.

I think using Tor is different from using a VPN, although i think using them is considering as using a 3rd party software for location masking.
Using Tor will assure you full anonymity but not to forget that it's somehow hard to be anonymous when using a centralised service with money.
Even some websites seems not taking so much care about users logging in with VPN, an ID verification is expected to happen for a reason or another like withdraw big amounts or deposit money from suspecious source, authorities may ask the platform to freeze your balances until further verification and you will lose your money tough .

The use of TOR as well as VPN can be detected if desired, so it is better to look for gambling sites without the need to pass KYC and any restrictions. In case you use proxied connection, it is important not to forget that depositing large amounts of money is very dangerous and always be ready to lose your winnings.

Completely agree to this.

People need to be a lot more cautious when it comes to playing on sites with a VPN enabled. It might sound like a good idea at the time of playing but once you try to withdraw you may run into trouble if they request KYC and/or ask for a review of your IP address.

Certainly not something you want to risk thousands of dollars on.

Agree to this, and it will most likely result in you being banned. I'm not sure if the website is legitimate or not, but it will most likely result in you being banned. I used to mostly play those new release gambling sites to try out their games, and I usually use VPN for personal reasons, but when it comes to withdrawing your earnings (not all websites), it shows that I am banned from using it or that I am receiving errors, so I believe it is a scam website.

What do you expect if you violate the rules of many casinos? Using VPN or TOR to hide your real IP address if the casino prohibits citizens of your country to play is seen as cheating, so the harshest measures in the form of account blocking are taken. Play only in the casinos that do not require KYC and this problem will be eliminated.
What you've mentioned could be the source of many issues that still happens; in most of the gambling platforms (just like exchanges) the TOS doesn't contain info about restricting people using 3rd part software tfor identity hide. As explained in some examples, some platforms don't really care about the use of VPN until observation of unusual activities from some IPs or accounts (big deposit/big withdraw/account login from different IPs) so the problems began.
What i want to say is that the use of those 3rd part software isn't appropriate when interacting with gambling apps even if they seems not to take too much care about it for the present or doesn't mention it in their "Terms and Conditions" simply because 'Who knows what might happens'. There are more than gambling platform supported in this country but I know the most is the betway well it depends on you if you want to explore, there are platforms that do not allow the use of the Virtual Private Network or VPN its better to always read their Terms of conditions and other information such as FAQS this gives you an idea if you will continue to create an account and deposit money or not.  There are people doesn't consider this checking and then they spam report to the support because it does not meet their expectations or having trouble to their activity..

It is true that using VPN in  a site that requires KYC when you withdraw is useless. It is considered as using third party software when you use another program to access the site. The best option is not to gamble in a site that won't let gamble any person from the countries that are on their list of countries not allowed to gamble.

You can of course use a VPN to get around this, but one often hears stories of bettors having their accounts closed and funds seized if they do this and are asked for ID. A scary thought.
I just found mixercasino.com to allow with VPN & even TOR which seems very helpful for players from every restricted countries even. Most importantly, they are not going to seize your fund & ask for KYC. In fact, they will never ask for KYC.
But the problem is they are still a very young one. Probably just a few days back, they have started their casino. It's risoy to deposit a big sum.

Great list.

However I do not recommend that you should use VPN especially on some of the less established websites.

They can always argue that you have done the wrong thing and as a result not pay out your wins etc. Of course this is lower risk with the more established entities like sportsbet & bitcasino, but still one nonetheless.

The first decentralized crypto betting platform
i wonder if using TOR is the same as using VPN and it's still allowed?

Sure, TOR & VPN Both of these are use proxies, The Onion Router uses the Middle relay, Exit relay & Bridges to redirect your traffic, It uses multiple layers of relay to confirm your anonymity. on the other hand, VPN replaces your IP address and connects you to another IP to hide your activity and protect your privacy.

Privacy hides your activity and anonymity protects your identity.

So, if you are concerned about privacy then you have to go for a VPN.
if you concern about anonymity then TOR is the best solution for you.

Checked your list out and I feel that Sportsbet, Bitcasino and SWC Poker are the best ones among them. NitrogenSports isn't particularly reliable and I have no idea about some of them. Overall, useful list for crypto gamblers from USA.
I have better experience on sportsbet and SWC poker personally and this list might be useful for players residing there.I have played some freeroll poker tournament as well as paid ones also on Swc as my main game and find it interesting to play over there.

^ Sportsbet is the most recommended gambling site if you are residing in the US, the USA soccer betting odds have huge prizes and that is very interesting there. However, if there is one gambling betting site that was very common there but unfortunately no one will recommend it because of the previously unsolved issues. If you are familiar with Cloudbet, many of my friends there talking about that gambling casino without having an issue. Probably it is good to try to have a risk with a low minimum amount.

Just wanted to show people a clear table of where they should sign if they're from America.
No confusion at all since the title is appropriate in my opinion. @Yoshie seems to be the only one who got confused regarding this.

I think you should not only see the perspective from their FAQ or T&C.

But also searching some issue player while playing on your list casino and compare which casino has the most issue problem and how they solved, one of casino of your list has some a lot track record issue. One another things from mu_enrico is right, don't suggest VPN as the alternative because sometimes in rare-case you could be got "KYC" verification if you withdraw a huge fun or winning big.

You may want to revise this:
According to our T&C we do not allow any 3rd party software for location masking.

Anyway, there are lots of online casinos there in the US, and you can pay with visa. Just hodl your crypto and play with fiat, so you don't have to risk your gambling account because of location/VPN.

Thank you for sharing....it seems that several gambling sites operating in the USA listed on the link you show, are familiar to us in this forum.

Such as: BitCasino.io, Sportsbet, SWC, Coinbet etc.

I thought earlier you wanted to offer a new game on your site, oh no, I was wrong, I saw a site that we already know here, however, This is also good information for those who don't know which gambling sites are good in the USA, in determining their bets, particularly sports betting.

While crypto gambling is supposed to be open to anyone from anywhere, the reality (as we all know) isn't quite the same.

Players from USA will regularly find certain sites to be blocked in their location.

You can of course use a VPN to get around this, but one often hears stories of bettors having their accounts closed and funds seized if they do this and are asked for ID. A scary thought.

So, after much research, we've come up with the best safe places you can play as an American. Here's what we found:

Of all the crypto gambling sites we recommend, 10 wouldn't allow American players, 5 would and 5 turn a blind eye to VPNs.

If you want to read our recommendations in full, you can do so here:

Any American players struggling to find a crypto sportsbook give me a shout and I'll be happy to help.

Good luck with your bets!
