Altcoins that are ranked in the top 10 are a fairly safe choice, but even so, you need to be vigilant and keep updating about the info on these coins. If as OP said he wants to get returns at least 10x to 100x then OP chooses those 6 Altcoins. ETH may be the best for me, But other Coins like NEAR, DOT, MATIC are still not showing progress. I'm not holding back, but I'm still holding on to SHIBA for the long haul and it might be 100x from now.

I think the market will gain little by little in the coming bull run.So there is no way to say for sure that the bull market will actually bring 10x to 1000x profit. Besides buying altcoins, focus on buying bitcoins and save bitcoins because bitcoin investment is low risk and bitcoins are profitable. can give hope Although good profits can be obtained from altcoins but the risk is high. Eth is very good coin among altcoins also I like BNB MATIC and DOT coins, hopefully good returns are possible in these coins. I doubt if Shiva can go that high again.

Do you really believe that it is worth investing in BNB because Binance is a well-known exchange and therefore the scam option is not considered? This is too naive an argument. At one time FTX investors also believed that their investments were safe because the SBF empire was very large and was patronized by many influential American politicians. LUNA investors also thought that their investments were secure because a large fund was organized that purchased about 48,000 bitcoins. All this did not help these altcoins in any way.
If you want to buy any coin from the list of coins you have given then I suggest you to buy ethereum or matic for 2024. If you have enough money to invest, you can buy and hold these two coins, Matic and Ethereum for 2014. Or if you ask to choose a good ALT coin considering all coins overall then I would definitely choose BNB because I don't get as much confidence investing in this coin as I do investing in other coins. Since this coin has its own exchange which is one of the best crypto exchanges out there, I think the chances of getting scammed by investing in this coin are very low. If you want to invest outside of ALT coins, you should definitely put Bitcoin as your first choice. Bitcoin is one of the most reliable investment platforms among crypto platforms.

You might want to check on that fact OP because we all know that cryptocurrencies may be a profitable in the future but saying it straightly that coins will dump in 2023 and will grown in 2024 is really not guaranteed. I mean, who knows? Even the creator Satoshi Nakamoto himself cannot really predict the future behind 2023 and 2024, now if you got that fact by these self-proclaimed experts, then you got scammed because what they are saying are just mere speculations that doesn't have any guarantees that will indeed happen.

All these coins you have mentioned are good coins and projects that worth better investment and I will not mind get hold of them since they had been doing fantastically well before now.
actually in my opinion bitcoin is better in my opinion which is of course very safe, but there is nothing wrong with investing in altcoins as long as they are altcoins that have good potential for the future, and my altcoin of choice is ethereum because ethereum is the strongest altcoin, which is in great demand by public,
and in my opinion ethereum is an altcoin that has a good future.
I think it would be smart to diversify carefully. Like you should have bitcoin just like you said, and that should be the biggest coin you hold, then a bit of ethereum and bnb and so forth, which would allow you to be in altcoin world but not low enough, and then you could spend a tiny amount, like 10-20% of your portfolio in those smaller ones, not all of that into just a single token though, I mean total, that way you would have like 2% of something small, and have 10 of them and it would be either very good for you in the future if it goes up, or if not then bitcoin will grow enough to not care about your losses eventually anyway, it will be more than 2x eventually and that will cover your losses. and in my opinion ethereum is an altcoin that has a good future.

Don't forget about AVAX. I think it's a great project to hold considering that it was $150 at the peak and it's selling below $20 now. So if you are lucky you will get 10X as well.

I will still rely on well-established coins like BTC, ETH, and BNB. There are still lots of things that might happen this year and we can expect worse scenarios so when it comes to a long-term goal, I'll stick with coins that has been through different market situations. I believe that top coins have a bigger potential to boom if ever the market gets better in 2024. Some coins aren't reliable when it comes to long-term investment so I would prefer coins that can bring a better assurance of profit.

Don't be too sure that everybody thinks that way you portrayed it. For one, I don't believe cryptos will dump in 2023. Though there could be market ranging till the last quarters of 2023, not that it will dump. Yes, it's becoming a consensus that 2024 will be a great year for this industry and that's from interpretation of historical data. However, you should've also included Bitcoin as a crypto to buy for 2024. Anyone leaving out Bitcoin and not hodling it for 2024 will surely have themselves to blame later.

Which one worthless? Only SHIBA you can say, because it’s a meme coin but also it’s a top ranking coin right now, but who know about future it will exist or not in 2025. But BNB is strong fundamental project to survive in 2025. But i don’t know about KCS & CHZ, KCS isn’t looking strong if considering trading volume, it’s too low.

of the choices you listed above I am more interested in Matic because it is more promising than the others but actually it all comes down to people who want to invest in crypto because before investing there you should do research first, because many cryptos can go bankrupt and have problems in future and don't let it happen again like LUNA 
2023 hasn't even started and we're talking about 2024 already. And what is the basis of your predictions? You pure imagination and faith in those coins?
Usually these people read from a cycle that most people believe in at the moment, even though it's still a long way off at least this will be everyone's main benchmark from the beginning of 2023, this cycle can be trusted by everyone especially if you look up cycles, indeed very appropriate for 2024 to buy as much crypto as you can really benefit you in the future, at least it's not wrong to buy crypto that bitcoin is one of the main targets to be purchased in 2024.
The most unreasonable thing in Crypto is that you don't know whether a project can survive or not, some of these big projects might disappear for a reason while other new ones might shine. Who expected FTX and their token to collapse within few days and pull Solana and some other coins with it, therefore I think the best time to invest is when the market start to recover and rise up again, by then we will have clearer picture about which projects deserve an investment and which not. Currently, altcoins will probably have another wave of dumping as Bitcoin dominance is still considered low.
I agree with everything you said, now is not the time to invest in altcoins, we should wait until the market shows signs of recovery, or to be safe, we should wait until the bull season has begun.
But I don't think it's unreasonable to predict which projects will survive and which will die. If everyone knows exactly which projects will continue to exist, no one will surely lose in this game. The cryptocurrency market is a game and there are winners and losers, so it's only fair that no one can predict the future. Rewards should only be given to those who deserve them.
