Right now it is not that hard to look for betting sites that accept crypto with odds on eSports matches such as PUBG, DOTA II, CS:GO, etc. You don't even have to go to strictly eSports betting sites because the majority of the big names such as Sportsbet, Nitrogen Sports, etc are already offering them.
Even before there wasn't any difficulty in looking for a bitcoin sportsbook that have esports. From my experience most of them are still far from the best since they don't have several markets and sometimes missing few games on their list when compared to betting exchanges.

ESports have actually outgrown its old stereotype. ESports are now rising almost to the level of the traditional physical sports. ESPorts tournaments in the past few years are already giving away millions and millions of USD in prizes. I guess there will be a lot more improvements in ESports betting in the coming years due to this. The audience is fast growing so are the bettors.

As I can see, a lot of people here are just posting links to their sites and the majority of those sites don't even accept bitcoin. Here is the list of Esports sites that accept Bitcoin:

Visit this site https://www.lastonestandingwins.com/
You can play battle roayal games with wagering on yourself with start of $1 via paypal and its working.

That's a good idea of a platform for esports.
However, it doesn't have any traffic and it seems in testing phase. There are not any positive reviews of people who have tried that and won money. I wonder how this platform works in team games such as League of Legends.
It seems like a scam as it says that you get rewarded in your paypal account, thus the money that you bet are not safe.

Its a actually from this company. Its could be huge.

I usually bet on esports, and I have tried many sites. But some sites are a scam, and sometimes the item that you have won is very long to process. But the first betting sites that I tried is https://www.gosugamers.net/. most of the popular esports is there, and the odds are pretty good. I'm rooting to bet more especially that the Dota 2 The International 2019 (TI9)  is coming. Smiley
4 days left for the groupstage of TI 9 and I'm very excited with that and same as yours ive been betting with gosugamers for sometime.

List of the best eSports Betting Sites see here: http://100bookies.com/best-esports-betting-sites-eng/

I like this list a lot better: https://topgamersguide.com/best-csgo-betting-sites/ its this article is about CSGO betting but Im pretty sure that it works for most esport games.

both of the lists aren't useful , this is bitcointalk and all of these sites don't even accept bitcoin
fiat sites have a lot of betting options and covering pretty much all the leagues and sports so it's not a challenge to do a list for them
while people here are interested in bitcoin sites and to find good bitcoin sites is the real challenge

buffbet is the only site taking bitcoin but the limits are really low there so if you bet over 50$ most of the times you won't be able to do that in buffbet

Lame list Grin doesn't even include nitrogenbets. It's been thriving since 2k14.
Maybe those are the sites that he was using and maybe he hates nitrogen lol 😂

But those sites on the link are just new from me,I only recognize one and nothing more 😆

Oh, no wonder the website have no/few cryptocurrency gambling websites. I guess this is why many commenters here think the list isn't reliable... they did not find sports betting sites they are used to on this forum.

Personally, I bet for Esports games on bet365. It is not a platform that accepts cryptocurrencies but they have a lot of options and actually all games that allow you to bet on them.
thats great if they have alot of esports games  . i am fan of esports but i dont find my favorite game on most esport betting sites these days but their advantage is that they accept cryptos but bet365 like you mention is not accepting cryptos .

ive seen some users that suggesting sports book sites  but the title says esports not sportsbook  . esports is not a kind of sports but its some kind of video gaming but sportsbook mainly have sports game like basketball , soccer , etc ..

and if we take this issue more seriously, can gambling be attributed to eSports?  I understand that in every game there is a huge share of excitement, but if we talk about cousin online, then what can be assumed in this regard?
As you know there are several esports that are popular that rakes millions in this industry. There's a good source[1] that you can track all of those tournaments and on how much the prizes are. That's why some sports bookie are also listing the games that are held in e-sports.

[1] https://liquipedia.net/
Thank you very much.  And this is really good information that I have never even paid attention to before.  Now I am sure that a gambler can place his bets wherever there is competition and competition.
Yes, that website is updated from time to time. There are contributors that are working together to put some reports with the tournaments if there will be someone that's going to be replaced due to sickness or any serious reason. I've been using that site for insights by just looking at the roster and those unexpected change of roster during the tournament to know the stand of the team that I'm going to bet. It's been helpful since I've known that site.

What's the list is based on?
Who paid you the most?
I mean lol, you should at-least mention what's the whole rating is based on, have you tried those websites by yourself?
The fact that you are doing a review is nice, but I think that if you want people to rely on this information and to actually put their money into those sites, you should atleast provide them with some details about the authenticity of the sites.
The list is based on the global rank it doesn't seem that reliable because ebettle is one shady sportsbook. Long time ago there's a scam accusation about them here that wasn't solved it was only because he's winning a lot of money. Also if they found out you use other sportsbook that uses the same odds provider (ultraplay) they could limit or delete your account.

Many people come on this forum only to play with people’s mind, because if the report was complete, the op ought to have known betting sites that are globally ranked and not betting sites that he feels is best based on his own believe and assumption. I have gone through his list too which is not so comprehensive enough, and I can find so many unpopular betting sites in there.

I also believe that majority of them cannot be a reliable one if some are not even scam sites, the only popular one which I know I have seen some great review about is that esportbetting, I think that can still be managed, but unfortunately, he ranked them 10th which makes me think that he was really biased about his judgment, and just trying to promote buff.bet.

and if we take this issue more seriously, can gambling be attributed to eSports?

Yes its definitely gambling, as much as betting on the horses or any game or sport out there is real betting.   If the outcome is unknown then its a gamble and despite some objections, an online or digital game can be sports based even when its not requiring as much physical participation as a conventional sport.   Take a closer look and there is very often a dexterity and physical edge to performance results, I do classify it as sporting even while obviously not requiring the immense training on far more physically based games
I know many people dont like that answer but esports is valid for gambling
