So far I have use three exchanges and I have no problems with them regarding deposit, withdrawal and trading. These three are Poloniex, Bittrex and Coinexchange. Recently there have been some issues in this exchanges but I can only vouch with my own experience to this exchanges. You can also try other exchanges that I have not tried yet. I've used many cryptocurrency exchanges but I like Binance among them because of simple withdrawal rules for unverified accounts, super cool mobile app and more than these great customer support. My query was solved within 12 hours.
After Binance I would go with Bittrex.

There isn't one best exchange or one exchange that has all the altcoins to trade with. Everyone has an account with at least two or more exchanges unless you're only trading Bitcoins and Ethereums. Popular exchanges for altcoins are Bittrex, Poloniex and some new up and coming exchanges like Binance and Hitbtc.

Binance, I'd suggest bittrex before but it seems like the exchange is slowly going downhill now and theres barely any new coins ever added.

Poloniex and Bittrex are two I used daily. Both are fast and secure, make sure you activate the 2FA before start trading on any exchange. Good Luck!

Wow! I know all the mentioned and this list is good one. I support the above post.
But, I need to take a closer look into Binance, which is unknown exchange for me.
Interesting world.! More and more exchanges are see the day-light.

I must say that I like one more exchange called Tidex.

I usually use bittrex and bitfinex, these two exchanges have great reputations in the market. Previously had the largest polo but due to some problems so now bittrex and bitfinex are used more

I have traded and made withdrawals on all three. So, they don't scam. At least, not yet.

A perfect proverb for a neat explanation. We can't really say which one is the best because one or the other would have faced a situation with any exchange but we can surely point out the better ones. Bittrex according to me wins the race in this situation. It has been the best for me as I never faced any issue with it. It seems complete to me in every aspect. A good interface, good market cap, good number of coins and overall a good market where we can trade our cryptos.

I would have said Bittrex. That said however, its becoming more and more apparent that they are starting to manipulate the power they have over the market place.

The one exchange that is taking advantage of this "mistake" in my opinuion is HITBTC.

My favorite is bittrex since it has the most coins trading and it is a nice reputed exchange.
coinbase/gdax is good too and needed mainly for exchanging between fiat and cryptos.

When choosing bittrex, poloniex, you must pass through verification process on these exchanges which may be weird sometims.
There are also many threads complaining about these two exchanges.Furthermore,your exchanges are manually processed.

Altcoin exchange? I will choose the one with the most volume. That is Bittrex. This exchange has been providing service for a few years, 3 or 4 IIRC. Had a great trading engine and support a lot of altcoin to trade. They also never had a major problem like hacking or any other shady issue. Their customer support is also good, never ignoring any customer complaints.

The next candidate would be HitBTC and Poloniex. I never use HitBTC so couldn't really tell about it, but I use Poloniex frequently. It's a great exchange with a great volume overall. But there has been issue with their customer support where they ignore a lot of user complaint and left them unhandled for weeks. That issue probably isn't happening now, but it's worth noting.

I traded with Bittrex, Binance and Hitbtc with no issues. Withdrawal and support are fast. Used to trade with poloniex, no problem with withdrawal but support is really slow.

Well they are 3 or 4 exchanges that are the most known. I use particulary Nova because im investing in DeepOnion and its the only exchanger at the moment for this altcoin. Im having a good experience with this exchange, sometimes the web falls but thats the only problem that i had in my 3 mounths of use. I hope it continues like this. Good luck with exchangers!

For the best and safest exchangers are bittrex, hitbic and coinexchange.my friends told me this us the best exchanger because they dont expereince any problem. Their deposit and exchange are always on time this is the reason why they can go with when there is a sudden pump.

The safest exchange for me are bittrex, hitbitc and coinexchange. I've been using these since then and I don't experience any problem.
Like all my deposits and withdrawals are on time that's why I can ride whenever there's a sudden pump.
While etherdelta is I think the worst exchange for me like whenever I trade it takes hours before it can confirm and putting your private key is really not a good idea.
