Check this one https://www.instantgold.ng/ It is one of the high trusted exchange listed from https://perfectmoney.is/business-partners.html

They can buy bitcoins to PayPal but you can't exchange PayPal to bitcoin. This is a Nigerian exchanger since 2013.
They have a limitation of $500 per day for buying and unlimited for selling. The fees are around 5% for withdrawal.

I don't know if they allowed other countries but you can try to ask them from their support email [email protected]

The fees are low so it's worth to try.

What a bunch of crooks! 5% fee!

The best are:

https://e-scrooge.is/EN
https://paytiz.com/
https://www.exwallets.com/

All have fees which are less than 2%... I haven't tried any of them, though, and I don't know anyone who did. If anyone has any experience with one of these exchanges, it would be much appreciated.

The other solution of course, is to trade with another individual, but I won't ever do that. Too risky! Besides, I will postpone my plans. This is no time to sell BTC.

The safest way, but not the fastest, probably the slowest, would be to register with any exchange like coinbase, kraken, pass the KYC requirement, deposit your BTC on your account, request withdrawal to your bank account that you previously verified and then withdraw to your bank. Once the funds reached your bank account, then send over to paypal (Bank deposit), then spend your balance as you need.
Did you read the posts above?

I already have accounts at all big exchanges. My problem is that none supports Paypal, and that those which do, are smaller unproven ones.

I do however have to add that Coinbase does allow people to withdraw the following currencies EUR, USD, GBP and CAD to their PayPal account. It just isn't possible to deposit through PayPal. I'm not sure what country OP is from, but if he's from one of the aforementioned countries, that's going to help him a lot.

Yes, I still have a Paypal account. Haven't used it for a while, but I will need to in a few days.

I've never done it before, anyone can recommend an exchange to use, to transfer from my BTC wallet to my Paypal account?

From what I understood, OP would like to exchange his/her BTC to Paypal.

Doing P2P, you could exchange it very fast. However, you will have to be very careful, who you are dealing with (because of these risks associated with Paypal). Only choose to do it with really Trusted People.

..to transfer from my BTC wallet to my Paypal account?

-Deposit your BTC to Exchange (Coinbase*see supported countries / check terms / check KYC terms)
-Withdraw from Coinbase to Bank Account(check terms / only to supported countries that allows fiat withdrawal)
-Transfer from a bank account to Paypal link.

I wouldn't have created this topic if this is what I wanted to do. I already have accounts at all big exchanges. My problem is that none supports Paypal, and that those which do, are smaller unproven ones.

I believed you are lurking in a crypto world for a long time now and you should already know that the majority of crypto exchanges never really support the Paypal withdrawal that's why your choices are:

a) direct exchange but dealing with high fees. (like the companies mentioned above by other users)
b) P2P
c) converting your BTC into fiat then transfer that to your Paypal

What I'm trying to say on my previous response is, you have the BTC right? On your BTC wallet. As you said; "transfer FROM my BTC wallet to Paypal".

If ever you don't want to deal in those small and not popular companies or face their high fees, you need to put a little work just to convert your BTC into fiat. And once you successfully convert it, you can freely deposit it on your Paypal.

Sounds hassle. But if you are fine dealing with fees and want a direct transfer, then you consider those sites recommended above.

For no KYC, no choice but to deal with P2P.

If you want to cut out any third party fees and don't want to go through KYC, then use the currency exchange section.
That's always what I think when wanting to buy bitcoin with PayPal--but OP doesn't have any trade history, although he's an older member of the forum.  The problem, which I'm sure everyone is aware of, is that even escrow can't protect either party in a PayPal deal.  You really have to be a trusted member here in order to get PP deals done on the forum because everyone is so suspicious (and rightfully so).

If there was a better way than the currency exchange section to buy bitcoin with Paypal, I'd be all over it.  Unfortunately I haven't found one yet.  Fortunately there are a few members I've had repeat trades with who help me out from time to time, because they know I'm not going to scam them.  OP, if you can manage to get a few deals done here and get some feedback for them, it'll be a lot easier to do future deals.  But you probably realize that already--you're not a noob here.

If you want to cut out any third party fees and don't want to go through KYC, then use the currency exchange section. You shouldn't find a problem finding trusted members to trade with since you're the one using the irreversible payment method anyway.

This is precisely why I started this topic, I'm the one taking the risk, here...

There is also Changex.com but like others, the fee isn't cheap and there is a $180 limit per transaction ( Cheesy) and 1,5% (minimum fee $10).
There are also other less well-known sites https://www.bestchange.com/bitcoin-to-paypal-usd.html

Yes, I've seen that page.

https://e-scrooge.is/en/exchange-Bitcoin-to-PayPal-EUR

Looks very good, but I've never heard of that exchange, so I'd like to hear about it.

But to get the best for your bucks I find it more easy and convenient to deal on Bitcointalk

You have Virwox but the fees are not that attractive. When it comes to reversible payment methods like PayPal, dealing P2P is probably the best solution, and for that, you have Localbitcoins or Paxful.

If you want to cut out any third party fees and don't want to go through KYC, then use the currency exchange section. You shouldn't find a problem finding trusted members to trade with since you're the one using the irreversible payment method anyway.
