Exciting News!

We now have more than 4,000 brands available on Coinsbee.com. We hope everyone will continue to find what they're looking for with us. Do you have any further suggestions for improving our site?

"Out of stock". When searching by country or category, the products that are out of stock should show as such (instead of showing, or not showing at all). I don't believe it's a good UX practice to let the users check the item first before seeing if the item is available.

It's good. I think it's a good upgrade but I have a few suggestions here:

I would like to point out that when the following page for example:

https://www.coinsbee.com/en/gift-cards/payment-cards/my-prepaid-center-mastercard/

You would expect that clicking one of the payment methods on the left side, would actually take you to the payment page directly but it doesn't, it just takes you to a page where it tells you that you can pay with Monero (or whatever coin you have selected).

I think the behavior should be: It should either redirect you to the payment page, or shouldn't be clickable at all so we know it's only "for display" and so that the user has an idea what payment methods he could later use after adding the gift cards to his cart.

I also don't see the point of selecting "the estimated price". It just gives the impression that I'm selecting the payment method.. but then in the payment page, I'm asked to select the payment method, again.

Hey Omega!

Thanks for the great feedback! Glad you overall enjoy the redesign!

Regarding your first point:
Since the brand/product pages can drastically change from product to product, and different users want different quantities of different products, we’ve made the decision to keep it as is for now.

Additionally, linking to the coin-pages is something especially new coinsbee users seem to enjoy when first browsing the website.

Regarding your second point:
This was actually something we discussed prior to the launch and weren’t sure if we should do it or not…

Good news! We’ve discussed this again and have added it to Coinsbee! Select your preferred coin, and it will be pre-selected at checkout!

Best,
Coinsbee Team

We now have more than 3,000 brands in our portfolio. We are pleased that our offer has received such good support. Do you have any further comments on how we can offer even better service?

We cannot refund it and it's not possible to recharge their cards. These are prepaid credit cards which can't be recharged and we only sell the gift codes to redeem on their website. The cards are issued and handled by them.

They should work fine but you can find a list of "prohibited countries" on the card's FAQ page. Keep in mind that these cards do require ID verification, unlike the ones they used to provide some time back.

Thanks for the heads up about identity verification.

Normally it should work fine. But some webshops have problems with this. As a test, you can try a smaller value first.

Thanks for the answer.

When the card has a very small balance, like $1 or $2, do you refund it or can the user recharge the card?

Do your prepaid credit cards work well in the European Union?

Who has already used this service, what feedback do they give?

Not sure why there haven't been any official announcements about this, but for those interested: I just saw Coinsbee's ad on Reddit and it looks like they're now supporting new (cheaper) networks/chains.

Yes exactly we offer now cheaper networks/chains. Payment should now be between 1-2% cheaper for most of our customers. Wink
Also Airbnb and Zalando we have now around facevalue.
