Here are the things I noticed that will hold back your list and rotator from users using it in a frequent way:
1. Your using a free rotator creation website (meaning plenty of similar rotators are already out there)
2. Your using a free website for your website as well (you have to have an actual website so you could present everything in a nice and professional looking way)
3. Some of the faucets on your list, don't show due to the iFrame that exist on rotators, so you might want to double check everything again
4. On your faucet lists, everything is just written as if it's just a text so those should be in a tabulated form instead
5. On your faucet list, your using URL Shortener which will make users to hate it even more since it takes longer for them to get to the actual faucet.
There are plenty of similar rotator and list, and the only way for you to gain good amount of audience, is to offer something that it's not already out there.
New bitcoin faucet list with all trusted directly paying and Faucetbox faucets. In this list now you can find 145 faucets. It's not biggest rotator, but I'm trying to add only best faucets with biggest rewards and without pop-ups. In my rotator you dont find faucets with insufficient funds and hidden claim buttons.

already, the ptc list, pay onli in paypal and opther similar, but no in bitcoin
I don't know why rotator are don't working for you, it may be that you use adblock. Also, in my PTC list now you can't find sites which are paying in bitcoin, because I don't use any bitcoin PTC site now, but soon I will try to add it
Nice faucet, I like it, but now I'm add only directly paying and Faucetbox faucets. Soon I will publish Xapo facets list and rotator and I will add your faucet.
